From the estimate to installation (June 2019), we are very pleased w/ our service! Brad, Kevin and Jeff made the process of having our central air unit replaced smooth.

Comfort First Heating & Cooling is awesome! My furnace was not working on Friday morning. Called at 8am and technician was at my home by 9am. The problem was fixed, so I thought, called again on Saturday and another technician came out that evening and resolved the issue from the previous day! Awesome customer service from Ashley on that Friday and Brad on the following day! Comfort First Heating & Cooling is the only company I call for all of my furnace and air condition needs! I have never had a problem and they have been servicing my furnace & air condition systems since 2006.

I just had a furnace installed and it was a Awsome experience. Every person we talked to were very polite and professional. The sails person worked up several options so we could find the one that fit our budget and the installers were very professional and left the house spotless when they left. The equipment they installed works flawlessly and is the best investment we’ve made for our home. I would recommend them for any heating and cooling job you may have.

I've been using Comfort First for many, many years now. They are a great group of people! As a company they are large enough to stand behind their products and services, yet small enough to stay competitive in pricing and remain personable. Every tech that has ever came out to my house has done a bang up job with the work they performed, and they have all been great to B.S. with! Anytime they fix or service something, they give me pointers on simple things that I can do to prevent future break downs. I used to live north of St Johns and they serviced all the way out there, now I'm in Dewitt and I'll certainly keep using them. The main reason I wanted to leave this review was because they just keep on taking care of me as a customer. Even though I've been using them for years, they still give me great deals. Just booked my preseason furnace inspection for $65 because of a special they offered me online. I usually pay around $100 at their normal rate, but I like to jump on the discounts they offer on their website and social sites. The only bummer is they had my furnace and a/c updated to high efficiency in my old house, now I'm going to have to start over in my new house. At least I know they'll hook me up when I need new equipment. I don't remember the names of all the techs I've seen over the years, but I know CJ was the guy that put in my new furnace and a/c in the old house. Super guy, and funny too! I'll see you guys in September...Keep up the good work!

Colin was not only on time, he was early, as he a warned me, and since he completed his work in only two hours, that freed up most of my afternoon! :-) He checked out both existing conditions that could be getting worse and asked if i want to take care of them now or risk the chance that the entire compressor would have to be replaced. I like to be informed of decisions that affect me! I found him to be totally trustworthy to access my basement and mmain floor thermostate. I'm a happy camper.

Comfort First was assigned to do an energy audit of my home through a grant in which I was participating. They did a great job. They spent about 3-4 hours conducing the audit and then another hour+ explain all of my options. They did not pressure me into options that I did not want and all of the people I had and still have contact with have been extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to all of my friends and I plan on continuing to use them for all of my heating and cooling needs!

The people at Comfort First Heating & Cooling did a great job for me and took into consideration I have 3 salt water aquariums and my fish would start to die if AC was not installed fast. They worked me in quickly to a schedule that worked for me and my pets. The price was very good and the people are very professional.

The quote I requested from Comfort First was exact and transparent. I was offered a couple of options to choose from. I was not pressured to purchase either product, I compared prices to others and was happy with the quote I received. Their installation crew was nice and answered my questions as they were working. At this time I am very happy with my product and Comfort First.

09/13/2016 Jeff was the installation technician on this 2 full day project. I never saw him sitting around or even moving slowly; he worked his #$@ off for 2 days. He was polite, cleaned up after himself, explained everything in detail, but above all I felt confident that he was doing the job right. Dan and his wife in the office were a good sales team. Dan's wife told me about the Wi-Fi thermostat controlled with my smart phone. I love it! However, I was ultimately sold on the 1 year free maintenance/system checkup and the 10 year parts and labor warranty. I received estimates from 5 well known heating and cooling companies. The prices of each company were within $600 of each other, each selling similar products but different brands. I just purchased the home I had the new A/C and Furnace installed in and plan on keeping this review updated at least every 6-months; that's why I started the review with the installation date. I'll let you know how the service is after the installation is complete, as well. Review will be from "The Furb Experience".
