It was a pleasure working with Davison Heating and Cooling. The guys were great, installed a unique system and incorporated wood boiler into floor heat and forced heat. I could not be happier. Great job to Cory for installion and to Bill for design. Truly a great system.

I reached out the schedules someone to come out and give me a quote for a new furnace and ac unit. Was told I would get a call to set up a time. Have them my name and number. They called my husband while he was working. He told them to call me since I was setting this up. No call. The day that I requested the quote, no call no one showed up. So I called and told them I would like someone to call back to schedule a quote. Again no call back but the next day they called my husband. We went with another company that actually called me back and spoke with me.

Workmen arrived on time and were courteous. But when they were finished informed me that disconnect box was not in correct place and might not pass inspection in which case I would have to pay to have them back out and pay for another inspection . The next day the manager informed me it wouldn't work anyway as there was a problem with the electrical source which they can't fix because their electricians quit. Water heater was also replaced but they forgot to turn gas back on. Were lines checked for gas leak?
It's been 5 days and still no solution.

I've used Davison Heating and Cooling twice this year. Once in the beginning of the year for a planned installation of a garage heater and again in September for an unplanned HVAC system replacement. Dave gave me reasonable estimates both times, was always there to answer every question that I had, and even stopped by with the service tech on a weekend to solve a problem that I had with my garage heater. They just finished installing a new Bryant furnace and AC unit in the house. Once again Dave helped me pick the perfect unit for my home. Installers Levell and Connor were great and did an excellent job with the installation of the furnace and AC units. From the estimate, through the install, and even with the Quality Check and follow up calls afterwards, it was a great experience. I highly recommend Davison Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs.

Technician was Joe and he showed up during the specified time slot. He took the pilot light assembly off my water heater, cleaned it out, blew some water out of little pipes, wiped water out of water heater from the floor of it, reassembled pilot light, put it back in, got it lit up, then waited like about 10-15 minutes to make sure it stayed lit before he left. Thank you so very much! And the cost wasn't as nuch as originally listed for, even got a senior discount too...wow!! Terrific job Joe! I do appreciate it!

When we found ourselves with a furnace issue, we googled a repair company in our area. Davison came up and we called. Not only did they come right out, they offered us different options to repair or replace. Corey and Connor were out the very next day with a new furnace, on time and prepared. They kept my house spotless, worked diligently and were extremely polite and respectful. We will recommend Davison to all our friends and family and not hesitate to use them again when needed.

Tim is AMAZING. I am the type of person who likes to ask questions so I can understand what is going on and he was so patient and kind. He got everything up and running quickly and even let me know about some issues he noticed in my basement. Excellent service.

I am so pleased with this company and the workers Rick, Corey and Connor. They were great workers, they did a super job and cleaned up behind themselves. I contacted them yesterday, today I have a new furnace installed. Thanks guys! I would definitely recommend Davison Heating and Cooling!

Our heat went out overnight, and a technician came out the same day. He got us going until the new installation happened 4 days later. The crew that installed our new system was wonderful. They were on time, professional, and thorough.
