During the first visit we had the professional team of Brendan and Eli for setting up the gas line and setting the generator on its pad. The day they came out was rainy and relatively windy to begin. They completed the job very quickly and had everything cleaned up before they said they would be completed by.
During the second visit a week later we had the professional team of Chris and John setup the electrical lines for the generator from the unit to the junction box. They came in a did a very nice job with making sure the specific breakers we wanted backed up (10k unit) were done correctly. They showed me how the unit works and what to look for in case issues arise to prevent a potential unnecessary service call. They were even nice enough to add a new outlet that I asked for near the box for the upright freezer that was not on its own circuit previously.

Very happy with the whole team and process of getting the generator installed including the salesman Chris (different person than the installer) and the office workers for setting up the appointments and text reminders. The text messages showing the face of who is coming out for the appointments is a very nice and much appreciated touch to know who to expect.

From start to finish this was an outstanding experience. The salesman, Jeff Lee, the installers, Bart & Austin, were all professional, polite, quick, and hard working. They cleaned up after themselves. They were familiar with the product & did everything they could to make this a great experience.

Brandon and Austin did an amazing job installing our new tankless water heater system with recirculating pump. Even after the installation, I was able to reach out to Brandon and ask specific questions about my new system, and he answered them, even after hours. The installation of our system was performed to excellent standards. I would certainly recommend these guys for any job!

My experience with Holland Heating was amazing from beginning to end! I made an emergency service request at 2:30 am when my furnace died. Chris, the responding technician, Jeff, the sales rep, and Dan and Patrick, the installers (job#RA212068) were all wonderful! Dan and Patrick really did a tremendous job replacing my old, HUGE, furnace with a new and improved model.

We had a Generac whole-house generator installed. Brendon, Eli, Nick, and Matt were thoroughly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. A lot of ceiling panels had to be removed and objects moved around during the job, but everything was set to rights exactly as it was before. Even the plants near the unit were not trampled and, we think, one or two might have been replanted. Excellent job around.

From the original sales person Bobbi, whom we met at Home Depot, to the Sales representative who came to our home Charlie, we had great confidence in Holland Heating and cooling. Charlie was an expert and a real person, who spoke to us with respect, explained the process in depth, and gave us the best equipment recommendations while keeping our budget in mind. Charlie went above and beyond, and was just incredible to deal with! Once the service/installation technicians came to our home, they were equally professional, and so nice while also making my wife feel comfortable being home alone with 4 guys in the house. That was important to me, and these guys were all so top notch! They did a complete furnace replacement and A/C replacement in our home with ease, and they left it cleaner than when they had arrived! It was an absolute pleasure for my wife and I to have Holland heating and cooling service our home and we would 1000% recommend them to all of our friends and family in the future!

TJ and Eric did a fantastic job replacing our furnace in just under 6 hours. They were professional and respectful of our home. They were on time and cleaned up after the installation.
This is the 2nd home that we have had Holland install a new furnace and we would not hesitate to call them again if ever needed.

I am so happy to have a generator installed on my property! It gives me such a piece of mind. I didn’t realize how much went into installing the unit but the technicians Norm and Jonathan were on time and professional. They explained everything they were going to do before doing it. They had to move things around in my garage to drill into the wall. Their work was precise and the location of the unit and connecting tubing was well thought out. They were even going to dress up the landscape a bit with small pebbles around the generator but I told them I would be putting mulch down so there was no need. Norm and Jonathan left my garage cleaner/neater than it was before they started. I highly recommend this company. Even the sales person, Rob, did not try to pressure me into making a decision right away. He let me think on it over the weekend and call him back on Monday if/when I was ready. Great company and great deal.

Just got my new heater,Ac combo unit installed by Brandon and Jonathon and I'm very pleased with them. They were very friendly and professional. The heat is working much better then my old unit and I will see how well the ac will work in the summer time but I'm confident it will. I would highly recommend this company.
