Terry came out to provide an estimate to add some ductwork to our basement that we were finishing. The estimate was timely and fairly priced so I hired them for the job.

On the day of the job they brought out an entire crew and knocked out the job in a few hours. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves when the job was finished.

Konieczka has always been very professional and quick to respond. We have done business with them for years with our business and our home. They have been absolutely wonderful!

I had a Chimney fire. Turns out an inappropriate pipe and fireplace was not up to the needs of someone who burns daily.... solution was not cheap yet 2 years later I will say it was the best thing that happened to us. Heating bills cut 75%. Wood usage decreased by 60%. Efficiency and a tax break to boot. Catalytic Efficiency. CANT say enough about the Konieczka team .

The company came highly recommended from friends. Scheduling was great. Service was very professional, and well done. Trevor came out and serviced our fireplaces and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend this company and Trevor as the serviceman to anyone. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I called Koneiczka Heating and cooling because my furnace was not working. The girl who answered , I believe her name was Beth, talked to me about what was going on with my furnace. She suggested that I check the batteries in my thermostat first because that could possibly be the problem! What a surprise! She was right! I didn't even need a technician or a service call. Just needed Beth! Lol! Thank you so much!

Crew came out to measure for chase pan replacement. I was thinking it was just a quote. Told me they could have it replaced that day. Yes! Please!
They went back to the shop to fabricate it and returned within the hour. The guys were great!

Came out on Tuesday to give a quote and in the first big heat wave of Michigan was able to come out just a week later to install a brand new furnace and AC unit. It took a two man crew a day to install and later that night trying to use the AC the air wasn’t getting cold. Since it was well past business hours I sent them an email and the next day received a call and had someone out there to get it working that same morning.

Very satisfied with the commitment and the knowledge their crew had and pointers on how to keep the system running in tip top shape.

Highly recommend.

My whole family has used Koniezcka’s for as far back as I can remember. They are great to work with, knowledgeable, and efficient. They put a new boiler in for us and removed the old one. It was NOT an easy job but they never complained and we have had no issues with it at all. Definitely recommend!

Had a fireplace installed in Feb of 2018 at cost of around $4,000. In less than a year (probably only 4-5 months of use if you consider Michigan weather) it was starting to make loud noises so I called and they had to replace a part which cost around $150.

Then in the fall of 2019 it started making the noise again. I called to see what we can do and they wanted to charge me again. I told them I was beginning to regret my purchase so they relented and installed the part free.

The installer just let our house where my wife stayed home from work to meet him. He was terribly rude to her, accused us of using the unit improperly (using it on high), and tried to charge us again.

Here it is Jan 2020 and in less than two years it is blowing through parts. I do not recommend this company or their fireplaces. I just think they use inferior equipment with inferior parts and they do not stand behind their product.

March 2021 - Remote stopped working. This purchase just keeps getting worse.

September 2021 - Had to order my own parts from Amazon. $100 for a remote receiver. Still regretting this purchase.
