Fantastic experience! I called them to install a gas line for our dryer and 15 minutes later they were at our door to do an assessment and just a couple hours later they were back and had it installed within 15 mins. I even had a mishap and got the time wrong that they were going to be out so they came and ended up waiting for someone to get there and left after 20 minutes. I called apologizing for the situation and they still came right back out once we were home. THIS would not happen with any other company. We'd have to wait another several weeks to get rescheduled, but the fact that they were flexible and accommodating has officially made me a customer for life.

Konieczka serviced our fire place today. Theran was very knowledgeable. He took time to explain what he was doing, was personable, and very knowledgeable. Thank you for a great experience l! I would highly recommend!

We purchased a Blaze king a few years ago and the time they took with us to explain everything was top notch! A few years later we had them install a new chimney for us and the service and guys doing the work are super courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this company. Quit honestly one of the best companies I've ever dealt with.

This company has the best installers. If you live any where within two hours of this show room, I’d recommend stopping in to look at their show room. But the reason to buy from Koneski is they have the best service and installers!!!

They just installed a wood stove in my house and did an excellent job. Smooth transaction from the initial estimate to the completed job. The guys were great!

Long story short I bought a used blaze king princess wood stove be4 I installed it i wanted a dealer look it over I called them in the morning I was able to bring the stove write up after 2 different guys spent a hr and a half looking over my new purchase they determined the stove was totalled due to overheating it the point of my story is they didn't have to look at it I didn't buy it from them it was not under any warranty they didn't make a dollar of me but went over the top 2 try and help me I would have 2 say there customer service is over the top and I'm extremely grateful for there help
