Holland Heating & Cooling

Holland charged me $139 just to walk in the front door. Then the service guy spent 20 minutes replacing 2 wires on my boiler and charged us almost $400. Those wires better be solid gold...

Holland Heating & Cooling has been wonderful to work with. All 3 times I have called them, they sent someone THAT DAY. They are very professional, clean, thorough, informed and great communicators. They answer every question I have, show me how to use and maintain the equipment and offer several options. The office is so prompt, polite and helpful and ALL of the 4 guys that have been to my house are GREAT to work with.

Replaced existing air conditioning unit .
Came in identifiable vehicle.
Laid down cloth.
Very professional.
Cleaned up any mess.
Done working in a timely manner.

The installers were awesome Cliff and Denton. They were very considerate as I work from home. They even took some grass they removed from installing the generator and put next to my driveway where some grass was missing! The electrician were just as good. They kept me in the loop of what they were doing. They were even very good with our dog as they came in and out of the house!

Had a Generac home generator and new A/C installed. The techs, Brendan K, Eli, Justin K, Patrick, Matt and Kyle were are very professional and did the job in one day. Explained everything very well. No mess after they left.

On 11/01/2023 job # RA301118 Brandon and Patrick arrived and installed a whole house generator. These two gentlemen were polite, professional and experienced. They finished the job in a timely manner, asked questions when needed and cleaned up after themselves. I would welcome either one of them back any time their services are needed. Jacob, Michael and Matt Martin completed electrical work necessary for the installation of the whole house generator. They were great! They were timely, neat and knew what they were doing. Every technician that came to our house to complete this whole house generator installation was friendly, knowledgeable and did their work efficiently. If you’re looking for high quality work this is the place to call.

Bart and Zach (the furnace/AC installers) were efficient, personable, and very skilled at the massive furnace and AC installation job we needed. They were extremely clean and put down floor/carpet coverings everywhere, even all the way down the stairs. Jason (the serviceman) did not pressure us into any purchase, but his sound advice and reasoning more than convinced us that we needed new units. We have dealt with Holland for all our heating and AC servicing for several years now, and I highly recommend their company to anyone who appreciates top quality service. Excellent employees and staff all around. My family feels much safer with new furnace and AC units now.

Brandon & Austin, HO304203 on 4/20/23 were on time, professional and friendly. They installed AC with no problems. The explained what they were doing and received feedback when needed. Great communication and excellent job! I am very pleased with their service.

Replaced our air conditioning unit. The process was fast and efficient. Salesman and install technicians were very knowledgeable of the product we had them install for us. Overall a great experience.

We had an issue with our generator. We contacted Holland at 9:30 pm and received a response within 10 minutes. We received a follow up call the next morning to schedule a service appointment to look at the generator. Holland is the most responsive company I have dealt with. They are timely and extremely knowledgeable about the equipment they install. Highly recommend Holland heating and cooling. Great business to deal with.
