I had both the original AC and Furnace units replaced by Bart and Justin and could not have been happier. Both gentleman were kind and courteous and did a great job with the entire install. (#HD304211 / 4-27-23)

Holland Heating and Cooling installed a new Furnace and A/C system. They were very professional; protected my flooring, installation was clean and proper and the staff Kirk and his nephew Denton answered all my questions and were very informative. We met with Holland Heating’s representative Brad, who thoroughly reviewed our current systems to provide us the best recommendation and proposal for a whole house generator. We truly appreciated his patience with answering all of our questions. We’re still obtaining quotes from other vendors to ensure that we’re making an informed decision, however if the decision was purely based on professionalism and educational review of products Brad made choosing Holland Heating an easy choice.

Purchased a generator from Holland Hall after the Novi home show. Charlie, our sales person, was very knowledgeable and helpful in sizing and identifying potential locations for the unit. Brandon and Denton arrived the next morning with the generator and began the process of setting the pad and running a gas line to it. Brandon took a very careful look at alternative pathways for the gas line and worked very hard to install a pathway that was acceptable given some serious constraints. I am most appreciative of his approach and the work he did on this. I thought both the guys went above and beyond what I expected, including partially moving a raised garden bed that was in the way! Electrical work pending. Holland Hall deserves their high ratings!

My technicians, Norm and Denton, were very professional, competent, friendly and helpful with their explanations. The job # was: HD305222 (Order #: F34438530) and my furnace was installed on 5/22/23. I am very pleased with this company, they were my second quote for my furnace and were honest with my quote and my needs and gave me several options on top of a great price. I was very blessed to have them come quote the job and due to my needs they were able to install the next day. The old furnace and ac were old and required many upgrades to pipes and wiring get it to code and Michael, Jon, and Zach worked tirelessly to finish up the job. They took their time explaining everything they were doing and everything I needed going forward. They were kind, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I will recommend them to everyone. I had Holland H&C come out to do an estimate for a new furnace. Brad was prompt, professional and very honest about the current condition of our furnace and what our options were. I appreciate his expertise and will be contacting them in the near future for all our H&C needs.

We had Holland quote a whole house Generac generator system. The Sales person (Charlie) spelled out our options very clearly - and let us make our own decision on our own time. We contracted with them - and got 18mo 0% financing through Home Depot. We were kept informed of scheduling and progress along the way - installation was completed very quickly and according to schedule.
This isn't the best part...
I had a large amount of gift cards from Home Depot that I intended to use - I called Home Depot after I received an invoice to apply these credits - and was told that there was "no possible way to use Home Depot gift cards" to pay balance.
I called Holland - and spoke to Christina. I explained the situation and she just simply took over. She had to re-do the entire contract and apply all the gift cards which was a lot of work. It's VERY rare to come across a person or a company that can think out of the box to help handle a situation. So often you get the standard "there is nothing I can do" answer (Listening Home Depot?) It was a great experience start to finish with Holland and we will use them again whenever the occasion arises. Hats off to Christina and Holland Heating.

Our furnace was 20 years old so we decided to upgrade to a new high efficiency furnace and AC unit. From our sales guy Josh to the techs who installed the equipment, everything was done in less than 24 hours. They cleaned everything up after they were done. Then once everything was installed they explained all the new equipment and how everything works, when we should change our filter and made sure we were fully knowledgeable before they left for the day. They have a great team and I would highly recommend them!! Excellent customer service and support!

We just received our quote today, although it was much higher than anticipated, Andy was very professional and knowledgeable. They also have a huge service area that included Standish! He called before he arrived and even sent a text that included his picture so we knew who was coming out, which was a nice touch!
