David was very helpful and straightforward while helping my grandmother and I replace her water heater and flooring. He answered my questions, was timely, and had great customer service. He had the unit in stock and got us right into the schedule to replace it. I would highly recommend him. My grandma said he was very nice as well, and thought the same as I about his service.
