Dave came out to take a look at our furnace to see why the thermostat was not going up. He was on time and made sure to look at everything that could be the cause. He went about it perfectly, answering any questions I had as well as explaining everything thoroughly. Thank you!

We were silly enough to use DH&C when we first moved into our home and needed to replace the furnace.

They came out, put the new unit in up against our water heater. Literally almost touching. I hadn’t put much thought into it as I am not a professional. Low and behold when we need a new water heater there is magically “no room” to put in a standard model. Oh no, the ONLY thing that will fit was a top of the line (made for a 6-8 person family when there are only 3 of us) tankless water heater. The crazy part is that they absolutely make a standard model that will fit, it’s just taller and thinner but ZERO suggestion of that. It’s Tankless or bust.

I get the quote for a whopping $6,300 and I about fall out of my chair.

I call the company that literally just left my driveway who replaced it within hours, with a STANDARD water heater and the bill was $1,100

Pathetic and inexcusable.

I used Davison H&C to check and clean our furnace this week. The technician, Mike, did a great job. He called on his way, was on time and thoroughly cleaned and inspected the furnace. He explained and showed me items along the way, pointing out what I could & should do as a homeowner.
Along the way of the conversation he pointed out what a great company and owner to work for Davison is. i liked that! A good service company recognizes that good service depends on good people doing the work. Companies that take care of their employees wind up having great ambassadors for their company, as Mike clearly demonstrated to me. Of the many H&C companies in the area, Davison is now a 'first call' for me.

I have used Davison Heating and Cooling twice now. My first experience was replacing an electrical panel. Adam was the electrician that worked on my project. He was amazing! Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He provided great service. My most recent experience was a gas leak. DHC was quick to send someone out immediately. Josh and Brian were quick to resolve my issue and get my gas back on! They were also professional, knowledgeable and courteous! They did an amazing job! Both very good experiences! Thank you all so much! I would highly recommend Davison Hearing and Cooling!

I needed a new hot water heater in my mobile home. The space where the old one was very small and it was going to be tight to get the new one in. Bill S. the the sales person drew up plans to make it happen. He was professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. The installers Trent and Tristram were also very professional and friendly, and they worked well together. They did a great job!!! Would also like to mention Kay and Josh. Every one I dealt with gave great customer service and a great job! Would recommend this company to anyone!

They checked my electrical box, and checked all outlets for presence of GFCI outlets. They were very thorough and explained everything in detail. They also answered all my questions about my system. They found loose breaker screws and tightened all of them. I'm very happy with this service.
