Fry Heating and Cooling is exactly the company you want to work with when there's a heatwave and you can't figure out what's wrong with your AC. Called Fry at 8am and spoke to Amber who immediately got me on Cameron Taylor's schedule for later that morning. He wrapped up his other job earlier than expected so arrived within the hour. Cameron listened to our AC unit for what seemed like a millisecond and said "I know exactly what the problem is." Less than a half an hour later cool air was once again flowing. He also highlighted another issue with our elderly AC unit that might pop up in the future just so I was aware. Super professional, super nice, great value for even greater service. Thankful to have AC again and thankful to know about Fry for any future heating or cooling issues. Thanks, Cameron!

First, the lady who answered the phone was lovely. They were able to send a technician to my home the same day I called...(it has been consistently hot so I'm sure there were MANY other issues like mine to tend to) other companies in the area had quite a wait time. I received text updates about the window of time the tech would be arriving and a picture of who to expect! What a great feature to comfort folks in this crazy world. Anyway...he called and asked if it was OK if he showed up early, which was great! The text even offered GPS tracking so I knew when to be there to meet him. Austin S. was kind, professional and fast...what more could you ask for? He explained what he was doing and why things weren't working. I'm so thankful the experience went so well.

Edited based on reply: Setting appointments knowing that you can and will cancel them if someone more important needs you is a terrible service model, especially when you cancel an hour into the appointment window. I had to rearrange my schedule and then you just decided that my time and money wasn't important enough for you. You should be ashamed that you think it's ok to treat people like that.
We called yesterday to schedule service because our air conditioner isn't working and it's over 80 degrees this week. When my husband called last night the woman said they didn't have any appointments for us last night. He asked if someone could come out today, she said yes and our window was from 1-4:30p. Around 2 today someone called my husband to cancel our appointment and told us we would have to get on a list to get another appointment unless we were willing to pay emergency pricing. I read another review where this happened and clearly this is not an uncommon occurrence for this business. If you need someone who is actually going to show up I would try somewhere else.

They came in less than 24 hours!! I called another local company my friend recommended to try to set up repair and was asked to call back the next day after 3pm. When I did I was told they were a week and half out. So I checked for HVAC Technician's near me. When I asked about an appointment, they said tomorrow morning! WOW! I am 100% Happy and Cool. Cameron was wonderful! He arrived early, in the window of time I was given. Plus he gave me tips on what to do in the future. Money well spent! Fry Heating & Cooling are now on my important business contacts list.

We appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable service from Larry and Angel. We had a small issue with our furnace humidifier that was addressed quickly and completely. Thanks for the good service from a Fry customer of many decades.

Fry was out to fix a clogged AC condenser drain. Discovered the clog was under the concrete basement floor and plumber couldn't clear it either. Fry installed a new condenser pump to route drain to a different drain in our basement. Tech was professional and courteous both times he was out. Would recommend them.

I have been using Fry heating and cooling for many many years. They are always professional and let you know when they will arrive. Mark has preformed many routine maintenance on our HVAC and is always courteous and professional!

Mark was very professional, courteous, and patient. What wasn't done the first time and we thought it would, was taken care of, with only the cost of the parts.
Considering that no one wants to bother with an oil furnace, Fry Brothers is the was to go.Good job!

We called on Saturday and Adam came out to work on the heater, and they were on time and quick to get out to us. He fixed the problem, and left. On Monday night the heater never kicked on, so we called to have him come back out and take a look. Once again, very prompt. He came back and said it was the blown fuse from the AC that he had spotted on Saturday, and he unplugged the fuse so it wouldn’t affect our heat again. I asked if he had told my wife that, he said “no, I didn’t think it was connected to the heater issue.” And charged me $99 because it wasn’t related to what he fixed Saturday. So basically, I got charged $380 on Saturday then another $100 for a guy to come out and unplug a fuse he noticed was blown on Saturday and didn’t disclose to us, not even fix it, and told when the weather starts warming up to give them a call and they’ll come out to fix it. Why he wouldn’t fix it that day is beyond me, but I think I’ll have someone else do my HVAC repairs from now on that will tell us any potential issues down the road and not keep information like that from us.
