Been dealing with Johnstone for years and they never let me down. Their customer service is second to none. Even if they can't produce a part for me they find all the info they can and have even directed me to other options (online, dealer direct, etc.) when I have older hard to find parts/equipment to work with. Dani, Bill, Bob, Sue, and the rest of the Johnstone crew will make your experience well worth the effort at any location.

I know that the people we work with, Territory manager and account manager are absolutely amazing! Very patient and easy to work with. The one item I highly suggest would be to make a way for consumers to pay invoices online! That would make things so much easier.

Johnstone Ann Arbor is by far the best wholesaler I’ve ever done business with. The negative reviews about not helping people is because they only sell to mechanical contractors. It’s not just them it’s the whole Hvac wholesale business in general any wholesaler has the same laws.

Poor customer service and business. Wholesaler only will not help the people in the city. Businesses like this show how far we've become disconnected as a society. Hope no one is ever in need of parts for repair.
