Amber was prompt in returning my call and getting someone out to inspect my air conditioning. She was polite and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to refer Fry Heating & Cooling.

We just had a new Air Conditioner system installed in our home (AC condenser and Evaporator coil) by Fry Heating & Cooling. The whole process was seamless, beginning with their estimator Douglas Pienta, who provided me with several equipment options and pricing, scheduled my installation appointment, and responded to all my questions with a great attitude and knowledge. Their technicians Cameron Taylor and Jonathan Anderson; arrived on time to the installation appointment, followed all safety precautions, removed the old equipment, packaging, and debris from my house, installed, started up, tested the new equipment, and showed me how to use it correctly while answering all my questions and concerns. Their workmanship, expertise, and thoroughness during the install was top-notch. Their professionalism is a clear reflection of the company’s leaders and how well they run their business; no wonder that Fry Heating & Cooling has been in business for over 90 years. We will definitely do business with them again.

Shawn was very knowledgeable about my repair problem and he repaired it properly.

Called on call on a Sunday and they were at our home very quickly to diagnose the problem. We had to have our AC unit upgraded and replaced and the installer was very professional and efficient. He even put up well with out 20 month old that insisted on supervising the process. Would highly recommend.

Jennifer has been exceptional in helping me get set up for the new system. She has been professional,knowledgeable,and so friendly!.I am so happy with all the wonderful people at Fry.On top of saving me a huge amount of money, I feel they actually care about me and know what they are doing.

They never showed up. 45 minutes before the end time of their window I called just to make sure they were coming and was told they would be late, okay, fine. The scheduler told me that they will withing an hour to let me know when they are coming, 2.5 hours later she calls to reschedule. I realize things happen but I don't have an abundance of free time to waste.

Daniel doing good job but I'm confused, is the heater in a laundry room suppose to make a noise?
