I reached out to American Air due to troubles with one of my air conditioning units. I called them because they were under new ownership, and I had had a bad experience with the previous owner. I was very pleased with both the customer service person, the timely response, and the professional work of the technician. I definitely will plan to use them again at my house in the future.

It took a day to install a new coil and condenser for our air-conditioning. The installers were friendly and diligent. Everything looks neat. They cleaned up after their work. It appears they left it better than they found it. We've been customers for 19 years.

Mark came to our service appointment on time. He was courteous and professional. Worked quickly and neatly and serviced our ac for yearly maintenance. It works like a charm! Thank you American Air for your great service and and great tech!

American Air, Inc installed a new central AC in the house I bought last year. This year they sent Mark G to do my annual AC maintenance along with changing the filter. Unfortunately, he was informed of the wrong filter type to replace and didn’t have it on hand. He was super apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault at all. He went above and beyond and finally found the filter at the 7th place he contacted and came by one afternoon to replace it. He even ordered an extra so they would have it on hand next time. I work evenings so it was a big help it wasn’t replaced early in the morning! Mark is a great asset to American Air with great customer service skills!

Absolutely wonderful service. The Technicians are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Had my business unit replaced and running in just a few hours. Highly recommended!

American Air serviced our Air conditioner and did an excellent job of cleaning and making sure that each vent in the house was working properly. The technician was polite and professional.

Woman on phone was nice and had tech at my house at precisely 10 when she said he would be. Tech was very courteous and professional. Used booties every time he entered the house and let me know what he was doing and worked fast. Furnace is now running like a top. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for furnace or AC issues.

Isaac showed up promptly (considering all the calls he received) and advised us on the best way to fix our faulty ceiling unit. The office (which is very attentive and polite at addressing customers concerns) will call us with a repair date. Good service.

I noticed a water problem around my furnace. The technician tried valiantly to repair it, but finally had to admit that the furnace needed to be replaced. They were back with replacement the next day - from 7:30 till 4:00. Explained all they needed to do, completed the job, and cleaned up the whole area. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!
