I recently used Frank's Heating Service for a repair on my heating system, and I was impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. They responded to my service request promptly and arrived on time for the appointment. The technician was knowledgeable about my system and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. They also provided a clear explanation of the repair and the associated costs, which I found to be reasonable and fair. Overall, I had a positive experience with Frank's Heating Service and would recommend them to others in the Tewksbury area.
We had a new ductless split (Mitsubishi - one unit outside with 2 inside) installed in an in-law that had heat but no AC. The AC did its job well but it is also doing a great job supplementing the oil heat as well. My Mom is always cold and it added the required extra layer of heat. The sales person was very knowledgeable and the tech guys were professional and clean. They also added an Ecobee thermostat so I can control the main heat from my phone. Very cool feature!
We had Frank's install a complete, new heating and air system. The install team was professional, knowledgeable and made this a seamless transition for us. I also want to give a shout out to Ivan who came to our house to fix something after the fact and did a fabulous job! Both times the teams completely cleaned up-you couldn't even tell they had been there. Amazing! We are very satisfied so far. We had previously had Franks for several years doing maintenance on our system. We would highly recommend!
I was a long time customer of Frank's Heating since 2006 and they have in the past been good at providing quality maintenance which I had with them every year until recently. The heating system was not working and Frank's was going to take 2 days to come check it out. I understand that you are busy but to have the housing freezing for 2 days. Also, after calling another company to check, it was found the burner assembly was bad from before. I pay an annual maintenance, you would think these would be checked. I own a number of homes and always had heating companies check everything as pat of the maintenance contract. On top of it, the lady that picked up the phone was ready to drop a long time customer and said it would be better to go with another company than them. Amazing to see a how a company would care less to keep a relationship and that a long term customer. It is ok there are lot of other heating companies around.
I had 3 split AC systems installed in my home by Frank's. Mike was responsive and quick with the quote, even in these crazy busy COVID times. The two gentlemen that showed up to install were hardworking, professional, and very skilled. A couple years ago Frank's replaced my boiler as well and the job was equally as good. The company has been around for many, many years because they provide stellar service.

I called Frank's and they were able to send a technician the next day. My AC condenser is very old, and original to my home (it came with the house) and I was certain my compressor was shot. Tanner the technician arrived and to our shared shock, only the capacitor was blown. He was able to replace the capacitor and run all the necessary diagnostic tests, and soon it was up an running again. Truly professional and knowledgeable, he was able to explain some of the limitations of my older system, when it comes to repair. I really appreciated his work and professional manner. I would strongly recommend Frank's to anyone.

What I really liked, Frank’s Heating & Air Conditioner provided me with a Maintenance checklist before my appointment which not all service companies do. At time of appointment, Technician, named Bobby, inspected all items in his checklist. In addition, he provided me with a detailed report. Their Technicians are highly educated, dedicated, and trusty. I even received a free vacuum service on my heater. I am so glad that I called Frank’s Heating & Air Conditioner. They went Above and Beyond. Look forward for my next annual service.
We had an issue with our furnace and had Frank's Heating out to fix the problem. They were prompt and professional but they didn't have the part we needed on the truck. However, they were able to order the part during the day and had us up and running within 8 hours of our initial call. I'd definitely recommend Frank's. I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 though because I called their emergency line early in the morning and did not receive a call back. I had to call again when the office opened and no one knew about my earlier call but they were able to get us on the schedule for that day.

I got a referral through friend due to their highly recommended service repetition. My 24 years old furnace stopped working. I received the same day "Diagnostic Test" service even though schedule was tight. Mark did an excellent through work to troubleshoot my 24 years old furnace rather than simply suggesting to replace it. I am an Electrical Engineer and I know what a through troubleshooting is. Next day, I informed by office that parts has been received. Bobby replaced the part on my 24 years old furnace and brought it back to working. Thanks again for such a great work and dedication. Keep up the Good Work.
