edit: the owner reached out to me shortly after leaving this review and had an honest and open discussion regarding the situation and apologizing. While the initial interaction with the employee was not pleasant or positive their handling of the situation was. I appreciate the time they took to call and talk with me about this.

Original post: One of their techs was working at wrentham village premium outlets and accosted my wife while she was wearing a mask. He called her a sheep and cursed at her for wearing mask. If this is the sort of staff the company hires and sends out to represent them I would be reticent to use a company like this

Our church had a gas leak and the service that Medford Wellington provided was amazing! Not only were they quick to come out they were super awesome at keeping me in the loop and working with the city to get our gas line repaired. They also came and took a look at our AC when we had a line that froze again super quick and great service!

I use Medford Wellington for all my CT and MA theatres ( approximately 18 locations for my east coast region. My region reaches down to DC and they are the best HVAC company I work with. Their prices are fair and they are prompt and very professional. I highly recommend their service.

Made an appointment with them for routine maintenance on AC, heat, and water heater. I took off work and the first appointment was a no-show. They were supposed to show up at 8 am and I got a call at around 4:30 pm telling me he wouldn't make it there that day. Lost work day.

At the second appointment the employee left my property from 11 am - 1:30 pm to "pick up a pump from the store." When he got back I asked him if he got lunch, and he refused to answer me (which means yes, he did get lunch). He literally just stopped talking when I asked him. He later claimed to his boss that he did not get lunch. This employee did not tape up the leaky furnace despite the fact that I specifically pointed this out to him at the beginning of the second appointment. So this time 2 employees came back a third time to put about 6 ft of duct tape on the furnace. They initially tried to charge me for the re-visit until I pushed back, telling them it should have been done previously.

So 3 appointments needed (and time off of my work) for what should have been 1 appointment, and they charged me $140/hour for an employee to pick up a pump from a store while getting lunch for himself. For the VERY high rates they charge, I expect FAR better service.

I had problems with my "instant hot" water that's attached to my oil furnace... I only got cold showers. They came and fixed it. They stand by their work and they care about their customers.
