Heat stopped working for 1 of my three units. I had the tech come out to service the defective one and he fit me in for service on all 3 units. Technician was very polite, honest, and efficient. Thank you Cool Air!

I use them for ac and furnace maintenance. They replaced my ac/furnace combo. Good work, pleasant, experienced technicians. Highly recommend them 👌

I don´t recommend this company. I used their services to do maintenance and solve a problem in my second floor. After paying 387 dollars the problem persisted and I called right away. Instead coming back and look for a solution they gave me excuses and a list of suggestions.
The customer service is awful. After publishing my first review a lady called me screeming me and telling me that I should be thankful to be attended in the middle of a heat wave. This is unbelievable!.

No heat when my wife arrive home. Called Cool Air who had their technician there WITHIN a half hour. Although his prognosis was not good, Cool Air was able to rescheduled an install team for the next day!!!
We can't say enough about Cool Air installers, technicians, office help & Bill!!! Thank you all!!!!

Two years ago and in the middle of a heat wave, our hvac system died. Of all the companies I called, only one company showed up on time, provided a detailed quote and made working with the MassSaves program easy: CoolAir Company. Every employee they brought to our home was professional and made the process of replacing indoor and outdoor units as well as adding a zone to our home as painless for us as possible.

This year, in the middle of a heat wave, our outdoor unit had a problem and they were able to fit us in and fix the problem despite being swamped. This is the sort of service you hope for in a company.

Called Cool Air this morning as central air was not working. Cool air was out at my house by early afternoon and did an amazing job fixing the problem. We highly recommend them! If I could give them more stars I would. Thank you so much :)

What a well run, professional company. They called me back immediately, showed up on time to our scheduled appointment, and walked me through the entire process (answering all of my questions). Not once did I feel like I was being talked down to or that I was bothering them with what must have seemed like idiotic questions.

I would highly recommend for your heating and air conditioning needs. Bill and Meghan are great to deal with and their service team did an outstanding job installing our heating and a.c. system.
