I needed a water heater replaced. After a bit of research I went with Green Tech mainly because of the glowing reviews. Glad to report that I'm a really happy and thankful new Green Tech Plumbing customer. David was very professional. They're checking my heating system next week. Highly recommend!

As hot water heaters tend to do, ours kicked the bucket in the middle of the night on a weekend. David was one of just two plumbers who answered my Saturday morning call. He asked good questions in advance, confirmed our appointment the day before, and arrived with a new water heater Monday morning during the agreed-upon arrival window. David did good work and - despite having a busy day - took the time to answer all of our questions. When our hot water heater broke, David was the first to respond. He had a quote to me within minutes and was at my door with a replacement within hours of initial contact. He was extremely friendly, thorough, and walked me through what was being done. David was very professional and made quick work of repairing my shower. Prior to contacting him I made arrangements with two other plumbers who both cancelled at the last minute, so it was quite a relief to have someone show up as planned. Once the repair had been completed he was diligent in confirming that the issue had been resolved and that nothing was leaking. I'll definitely be contacting him again for future plumbing needs.

Dave is a very nice and polite guy who does good work. He was able to tune up our unusual boiler that has been converted from oil to gas. Many other contractors had told us they wouldn't work on that kind.

We had a toilet urgently in need of repair and these guys got to us within the day. Our plumber explained what the issue was, fixed it, and gave us advice on how to prevent further leaks. Excellent service! I can't recommend them highly enough.

My downstairs neighbor was having a leakage on ceiling, I had used another company to unclog toilet and it seems like something went wrong. I called Dave a few times and he was very responsive. If he couldn’t get the call, he would call back. Dave and one more technician came in to assess problem, they wore masks and were very professional. Dave explained what the problem was in detail and worked on the problem for a few hours the next day. Highly recommend, leakage was resolved and will keep in mind for future issues.
