I discovered that my 10 year old hot water heater had begun leaking and needed to be replaced on a Sunday evening. I found Green Tech online and called at 7PM expecting to leave a message. I was grateful when my call was answered immediately and he said he could come replace it at 1PM the next day. He then promptly communicated through texting to answer a few questions that evening and the next morning. The next day, the guy showed up right on time and was professional, friendly, and helpful.
When my partner came home later that evening and had a minor complaint that the water heater wasn't perfectly level, the guy came out immediately the next morning and fixed the issue, even though it wasn't necessary. I really appreciated how prompt, communicative, and reliable this company was. I could tell that they really wanted to satisfy me as a customer. I definitely plan to use them again! I could not have asked for better customer service.

Dave was great…over the phone, he was friendly and helpful. He squeezed us in at the last moment, even though we were first time customers, because he knew it was an emergency. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and did the work very quickly and carefully. I would definitely recommend him!

Great experience working with David at Green Tech for plumbing repairs at the home I recently purchased. David was timely with his responses as we communicated leading up to his onsite visit. On the day of the onsite visit, David took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. I really appreciated his transparency throughout the process. The repairs came in on budget and I’m pleased with the quality of the work. I’ll definitely use Green Tech again in the future when I have plumbing work that needs to be done at my house

David & team are very good. I tried installing a toilet and was successful to some extent but needed a PRO to finish the job properly. So I reached out to Green tech over Yelp (as they are 5 star) and they were very responsive. He set up an appointment right away and showed up on time.
He was able to reinstall toilet in just 30 mins! I had to negotiate on the price a bit as the rates were expensive. But Experts in plumbing, they know what they do.

Our toilet seat and cover were broken. I talked to Dave after searching through Yelp and finding Green Tech Plumbing & Heating. Dave was able to quote the price and availability right away. He was at our house ***within*** the hour of the discussion which was impressive in and of itself. He then went on to fix our broken toilet seat and cover within a half hour. Dave was courteous, very savvy, and fair pricing. I highly recommend it to other customers and will definitely be using their services again.

Green Tech is the absolute best plumbing and heating service in the Somerville/Medford area. They are very quick to respond and offer speedy same day service which has been crucial when an issue pops up. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I went with Green Tech when another plumber was not being responsive. They got back to me right away and did a water heater install same day! I was very impressed with how quickly they came and did the install. And they price matched my other quote. Would definitely use again!

The leak in our shower valve proves to be an issue that many people could not figure out or did not want to deal with. Dave and his team came in with patience and persistance worked to find the most economical repair possible and when we finally had to go for a more complicated repair were with us all the way. He gave us options, followed through on all promises and in the end went above and beyond what we needed.
