I regret not calling Green Tech first. My old plumber didn't respond. Home Depot didn't come through despite guarantees.

I had a great experience with Green Tech. I had multiple issues, including leaky faucets and broken garbage disposal. They were super responsive and arrived on time. They were friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient, providing detailed explanations of the process and answering all of my questions. Before they left, they triple checked to make sure that the problems were resolved and that I was satisfied with the workmanship. Plus, they cleaned up the work areas. I highly recommend Green Tech and will use them again for any future issues.

We had a leaky toilet situation that was quickly becoming an emergency in our condo. We called various companies. I cannot recommend this company more highly, with heartfelt and warm thanks. My heat had stopped working the weekend of Boston's first snow of the season, and it turns out that my unit needed a new motherboard. I've been hit hard lately with a lot of unexpected car and home repairs, and they were very kind and understanding. They still came out to fix my heat because they "didn't want me to be without heat" - my heart is so full of gratitude. They are very professional, courteous, and do an excellent job. You'll be very happy you chose them!

Dave was super helpful with installing a faucet for me. The faucet I bought wasn't the perfect fit for the current plumbing and he hopped over to find me the part and complete the install in the best possible way. I appreciated his attention to detail, willingness to communicate via text, and flexibility with scheduling a time.

I needed a new faucet installed and Green Tech could see me the next day. Dave did a great job - very thorough and knowledgeable. Explained everything when there was an issue with my shut-off valve and fixed the problem.
