We had RH Young (Daniel) come for the yearly A/C maintenance. They were on time, professional, and let me know what they were doing at every step along the way.

Plan to have them back for the fall Heat maintenance

The experience was incredible. They were able to come out the day of and review our AC issues. The technician was incredibly thoughtful on top of the lightning fast service we received.

The technician, Dan, was very professional and knowledgeable about the system and had some good insight and advice on maintaining the system.

Totally unresponsive....Bought a house with an older looking furnace so called RH Young to come do an inspection before we turned on the heating system. As we expected, it was in very poor condition so RH Young tagged it and told us not to turn on the heat; was told the boss would come by later that week to check it out and give us a quote. He came by a few days later than anticipated (we were told it wasn't communicated to him that we didn't have heat) and after taking a look we said we'd hear back Monday (this was a Friday). Monday comes and nothing. We try calling them Tuesday and nothing. Finally get through to the secretary on Wednesday who assures us he'll get back to us ASAP....weeks later and they still haven't made any effort to contact us. Who turns off/tags up someone's gas in November and then never responds when you try to hire them to fix it?!

Expensive and hard to schedule installation with. Call Conway Heating and Air instead.

Called them one day; came over and fixed a wire that had been cut in my outside unit. $500.

A week later, the AC broke and I called them again. Condenser broke and the recommended complete replacement. Despite paying $500 in repairs to a now trash unit a week ago, I had to pay another $100 for them coming out. Said it'd be at least a few weeks before they could replace my system, and that it would be upwards of $5000.

I called Conway; John came over within an hour. Checked it all out (without charging me) and he'll be installing my new system tomorrow.

Regret dumping $600 to these guys. Hope you don't.

Great Professional Job. Robert helped us solution some tricky problems with setup and timing, and the guys who came out were amazingly professional, courteous, and tidy with their work. If I could rate them 6 stars, I would.

Since buying our home 5 years ago they have installed a ductless heating/AC system in one part of the house, replaced the furnace and AC in the other part of the house and perform our annual maintenance checks. Bob and Nancy are great and the guys are always professional and patient with our 3 nosy kids and attention-seeking dog. I cannot recommend them enough!

When our 31 year old hvac system failed, we called RH Young, who all our neighbors recommended. Not only were they knowledgable and well priced, they went above and beyond staying late and getting the job done in one day instead of the originally quoted day and a half so that we would not be cold on an unusually cold May night. I can't recommend them enough. They were the nicest guys who obviously care about doing good work and getting things done right. They left our home clean and now we have a modern, well run system. Thanks guys!!!!
