Me: Pays the amount, plumber leave with water still leaking, thanks for nothing.

Me: Bought faucet from home depot, another plumber came in few hours and put it for $125, same 1 year job warranty. he spent exactly 8 minutes and 34 seconds in my home for this job.

Next steps: Will report $150 payed to IRS as charitable contribution.

Advice to Nicholson plumbing company: No need to invest in plumbing tools, supplies and custom painted trucks. All it needs to rob somebody is a knife or a handgun.

He made things easy to understand and took his time. He gave me estimates for everything I asked about and didn't try to sell me on fixing ALL of it. He could have cut a pipe to make it easier for him but more expensive for me. I truly thank you for the extra effort. When he left the work areas were clean. Excellent job! Very efficient, clean and personable. Took the time to explain some other plumbing issues that we are not aware of - not a hard sell but very informational and professional. Expensive, like all plumbers, but worth it to have the job done quickly
and properly. Just had Nicholson back to replace the heating and hot water systems. Once again they were professional, efficient, clean and did a great job. I am exceptionally happy with Nicholson and will always go to them first for plumbing issues.

Just had Nicholson here again when my AC died in the middle of a heatwave. They came within two days of me calling and fixed it within an hour for a very reasonable price. They did their usual excellent job - efficient, professional and courteous.

Steve called and asked if he could come a little early and that was fine with me. He quickly and efficiently replaced two damper in my system, cleaned up and was gone before I even expected him to arrive, leaving me with a free afternoon! Steve was very friendly and pleasant.

Nicholson recently replaced our home central A/C system. From the first appointment, I felt very confident that they had our best interests in mind. Instead of just approaching us with the cookie cutter options, of remove the old and replace with new. Nicholson gave us plenty of options and worked with our budget. Ultimately they revamped our whole system with a much more efficient system with better equipment and ducting. They clearly took pride in the installation and I was amazed at how much work they did in such a short time. All the staff at Nicholson has been great to work with and they do a great job.

I called for an odor issue coming from the sinks in the kitchen and bathroom. Ollie and his partner showed up within the given time frame, diagnosed every trap in the house, and came up with multiple options to resolve the ongoing odor issue. Both guys were very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend Nicholson for any plumbing needs.

This was my first time using Nicholson Plumbing/Heating. I'm purchasing a home and the home inspector found an issue with my heating. Jeff from Nicholson arrived and explained how to properly use the dual damper unit/dual thermostat for this home. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and clarified my concerns. There was a $75. evaluation fee but it was well worth it. He further explained what I needed to know regarding keeping my heating and a/c in good working condition with no obligation or pressure to commit to any maintenance at this time. I asked him for several quotes and he provided them. Apart from excellent service, he wore plastic booties, wore a mask and kept an appropriate distance from me. I highly recommend using their service.

I woke up to my furnace blowing cold air on a day that planned to be around 0 deg. C. I called Nicholson Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning at 5am for emergency service, and a pleasant human answered the phone, who told me that someone would contact me within the hour. Someone did, and I was quickly given an appointment between 10-12 that day. Steve showed up--he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained the state of my equipment, gave me many options, and he clearly explained all of them. He fixed the problem very quickly, and set me up with an appointment to speak with someone about my outdated systems.
