We requested an AC maintenance and Steve G did a terrific job. He explained what he could do, gave suggestions and alternatives and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also was on time, took his time and was thorough in his work. We would highly recommend Steve and Nicholson. This is the second time we have used them and were pleased with both technicians, their service and their pricing. Thanks Steve (5 stars for you!) for doing a great job!

I have been working with Nicholson Plumbing for a couple of months to change from a leaking vented A/C system in my house to a mini-split heat pump system. I also had my oil heater and tankless hot water replaced. Steve G. was the first person to walk me through the issues I was having and recommended outside vendors for items not performed by Nicholson. He even called the outside vendors for me and waited to make sure I got the issues straight. Steve is very conversant in HVAC details. Joe P, Andre and crew did a fantastic job installing the Mitsubishi mini-split system. Brian B. installed the new heating system and immediately dealt with a defective part. Brian was very knowledgeable. Matt helped me navigate issues as they arose and ensured flexible turn around times for me. Andrew deftly handled electrical issues during the process. Amanda is super responsive and efficient ensuring proper staffing, answered my questions, registered equipment and quickly produced documents that I needed. I highly recommend Nicholson for HVAC, plumbing and electrical. All the staff mentioned get five stars.

I have used Nicholson Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning several times for many problems. I have found them to be thorough, reliable, and professional. I appreciate knowing when my technician will arrive and what they will look like when they arrive at my door. Ollie was knowledgeable, explained the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Kyle and Jim are very experienced plumbers with excellent knowledge and techniques. They did high quality job on installation of our new water heater. They are friendly, professional, respectful, and trustworthy. They answered all my questions, made sure the new water heater running perfectly, and did cleaning after work. I am impressed very much. I would like to give them a big thumb up! Thank Nicholson great service and excellent people.

Asked for a price to install two faucets over the phone. One was a new utility sink
Install in the laundry room and the other a replacement for a kitchen sink faucet. I provided all the new materials. Would not provide a estimate/price over the phone had to come out.

Arrived looked at the two jobs and said it would take 1 hour to replace the faucet in the kitchen and 1&1/2 hrs to install the new utility sink, so 2&1/2 hours total. The quote was $815. That comes to $326/hr for a plumber, which is more than double the published rate for plumbing services found on the web for my zip code.

Our experience with Nicholson was great from the beginning. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The day of the visit we received a call from Brian to confirm he was on his way. He was on time, friendly, respectful and took the time needed to figure out the problem. He went over other options his company offers and provided other estimates of work that we inquired about. Professional, top notch and highly recommended.

I wasn't going to leave a bad review until these guys have relentlessly send us nonsense bills and non-sense phone calls even after discussing several times the issues. First, we were quoted and outlandish price for 3 sink hook ups (3800.00) I supplied the faucets and sinks. Undermount. Beyond that they cut the drainpipe too much on my pedestal sink which caused a flood in my bathroom. So, we paid them 1800 and some odd dollars. Never paying the remainder due to the damage done from the water. All new plywood had to be installed and our apartment move in date for our tenant had to be pushed out. That was settled. Then they sign me up for a "service Plan" which obviously we cancelled. However, they now keep charging us 47.00. In-which we have now asked 2x to stop. Low and behold we get a call again today from Mellissa. Guys TAKE US OUT OF YOUR COMPUTER.... I wasn't even going to write a bad review because everyone deserves a mistake and no need to trash the company over a mistake. But what is completely unnecessary is the continued billing and phone calls. Just shows mismanagement.

We called Nicholson twice for emergency service in the span of 2 days. Both times we were blown away by their response time and professionalism. We had waste water pouring from our ceiling due to what we now know was a major clog in our main line. The first time we had Shane who helped diagnose the issue as a backed septic system. After getting it pumped and the filter cleaned, we still had an issue. Kyle came by this time after hours and did an amazing job. Everything was explained thoroughly and estimated before doing the job. Both guys were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our house was left clean after they left too. Overall I would highly recommend Nicholson. We will be using these guys as our main plumbing, heating and HVAC providers going forward.

We have used them for the past five years and also have a Comfort Protection Service Plan through them for each system (highly recommended). Kyle R. performed the latest service for us and did an excellent job. Kyle R. is very professional, knowledgeable and he made sure we understood exactly what was going on with our AC system. Andre and his college came on time at 7:30 Am and soon started working. Workside was cleaned up after the job was done. They worked very efficiently and only took about 6 hours to get heat pump system installed, tested and run.
