The technician Ghavri Ebanks was timely in arriving and very professional. He took his time and explained everything to me. He absolutely knew what he was doing and completed the task to our complete satisfaction. I strongly recommend Nicholson and Ghavri to all that need HVAC service.

I'm appalled by the service I received from Nicholson. I will never again use your team and will be discussing the service I received with my family and friends who have also used you on their homes. Your technician came out to clear a main drain and charged me $1300. Two hours after they left the drain line was still clogged and backing up. I repeatedly called back and was told a technician would be contacting me shortly and to call back if I hadn't heard anything in an hour. We did this for the remainder of the evening, never receiving any contact. The next morning I was able to get through to someone and was told Nicholson was done with the service and I would have to call a different plumber. How can you in good conscience offer a "100% satisfaction guarantee warranty on all parts and labor" and treat customers like this? The so called guarantees offered by Nicholson are a meaningless lie and they will leave you high and dry. I have lost all trust is this company and the quality of their work.

Oliver was absolutely terrific. He was on time, called 20 minutes ahead of arrival. He detected the issue and thoroughly explained the solution and options I can move forward with. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Years ago, as new homebuyers Nicholson lied to us and informed us we needed a new furnace because it was cracked. We had the furnace repaired - it was something like a timer - and ran it for another ten years. I hate seeing the Nicholson billboards around because they outright lied to our faces.

Nicholson is a top notch organization from top to bottom. We replaced a 22 year old heating/AC system with a heat pump and furnace. There were several major issues that came up before and during the installation and their team was able to resolve each issue to our satisfaction. Andre, Joe, Justin, and all the installers were extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and clean. They were very patient with explaining the options and answering our questions. Amanda, the install coordinator, was very responsive in terms of scheduling the installs, getting our requested work crew assembled, handling payment and inspections, and getting a defective thermostat and followup work scheduled and installed. We have had other repair work with them in the past and and they similarly handled each repair to our satisfaction. We will definitely use them again for all our future HVAC needs and highly recommend them.

Thanks so much for finally fixing the problem with the vent. It took nine months after the original HVAC installation to get the project finished correctly, but I really appreciate that it's done and will hopefully pass the inspection this time.

Used the company for the first time. Overall great company and service. Their "EzBook" system can be made more robust and integrated, such that customers can schedule appointments on open slots. Regardless, from the dispatch team to the technician experience was very positive.

Nicholson installed two new heat pumps at my home. They were great to work with from the original quote (provided same day), detailed and transparent pricing, a smooth and efficient install, as well as thorough follow up to be sure everything was done properly. They also came back and re-routed some of my vents to improve airflow. I highly recommend Nicholson!
