Nicholson Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, and Air Conditioning

I have been a customer of Nicholson Plumbing for many years. They have been so consistent in their service - so rare! They are very professional - from the office staff to the actual service professionals. My regular technician moved so I had a new technician today. Very professional, friendly and knowledgable. As always - I am a happy customer.

Update : My new regular technician came to day to install a new faucet and check on a few other things. I am very happy with the service as always.

Update 2: Andre and his associate (so sorry I forgot his name!) came today to do an annual AC check and maintenance. As always I was very happy with the service. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Nicholson Plumbing is a terrific company.

We converted from oil to gas. Brian and Kevin did an incredible job on the install of our new heating system. Professional, super fast and explained everything! Wayne went above and beyond after my gas company did not make the originally scheduled meter hanging appointment. He stayed until my gas company showed up (finally!) and was super patient, and walked me through the whole system start up. The entire process of working with Nicholson from quote to firing off the new system was excellent. Each member of the Nicholson team that I interacted with was outstanding. I will not be working with anyone but Nicholson from now on! Thanks for your service!

Brian provided quick and professional service hooking up my gas range, and also gave some good advice on other potential heating technologies to consider for my house. Nicholson is not cheap to work with, but so far they have provided very good service.

Adi and his crew were amazing. Adi took the time to explain the system to me, very patiently. It is the second install of heating and A/C that he and his crew have done in our home, first in the attic! The cleanup was great, like they were never here. Everything and everyone were wonderful. When our existing AC died in the middle of a heatwave, we called Nicholson for a quote. Conor visited our home promptly and looked at our options. He provided details of the MassSave program and explained which products were covered by this program. He gave us two choices based on our needs and his recommendations. Unfortunately, the system that we selected went out of stock due to supply chain issues. Conor was able to find a solution for us within the hour that still allowed us to proceed with our scheduled install date and without compromising our end result. We were very happy with the level of communication and support from Conor throughout the process, and with his follow up post-installation. On the day of install, everything went smoothly and our new AC was up and running efficiently as expected.

From start to finish it was a pleasure working with Nicholson Plumbing. Initially they were easy to reach and took the time to answer all of my questions. They scheduled service quickly and kept me informed of progress along the way. On the day of service our technician, Wayne C., was on time, professional and very considerate. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the work to be completed thoroughly answering all of my questions.

I have used Nicholson plumbing 4 times for my home ac system.
The system is very old.
The last two times they sent out Kyle to repair my system.
I think he is the best tech I have met in 18 years of dealing with air conditioning repair men.
He is professional,prompt, knowledgeable, and honest.

Shane and Jimmy arrived promptly at 7:30 this morning to install a new toilet and valve. They worked very efficiently and were clean and neat. We couldn’t ask for better service. I highly recommend Nicholson Plumbing. Keep up the good work!
