Nicholas was dependable, honest and professional. He came fully prepared to help me with my heating system problems and delivered some bad news and terminal diagnosis of the aged boiler in a professional, courteous, and straightforward manner.
He was able to honestly explain some shortcomings of the previous plumber (and, in fact, problems that the previous plumber had introduced) and was able to fully explain all of my options.
Needless to say, I now have a new plumber.

Sila is responsive and their technicians are professional. They put our ductless system in 5 years ago, and did an excellent job. One of the units was not working recently. The issue was more difficult than originally thought, so they had to come out again when it went down a couple days later. They were extremely responsive, did not charge for the second visit, and fully repaired the unit. I recommend this business for both installation and maintenance of any ductless airconditioning unit.

I have been using Sila for heating and AC maintenance for many years. I have always found them professional and competent. Today I had a combined heating and AC tune-up. I had delayed the AC portion due to concerns about COVID. The technician (John) was terrific, took adequate precautions and left everything in great shape. I recommend them highly.

We have been Sila Customers for years and are very happy with them.
Each year we have a service call and they are always on time, quick and efficient. Michael came by yesterday and was professional and efficient.
I had a few questions which he answered immediately. It is nice that they wear coverings on their shoes as we have white carpets! Very thoughtful.

Sila installed 3 nest thermostats at our home & had issues connecting one of them; however, was able to get it connected eventually. The technician continued to tell me that our project wasn’t his job & he wasn’t even supposed to be here - he made me feel as though i drastically inconvenienced him even though we had a scheduled appointment and clearly explained what needed to get done. Two days later, the heat above our garage (unrelated to the nests) would not turn off unless we turned off the boiler all together. The same technician came out who installed the nest thermostats and said the wire had short circuited and he’d cut it for the time being until he could return. We never heard from him & were left without heat above the garage. We had to reach out to Sila to get someone out to help & requested a new technician. The new technician replaced the wire & did the dirty work that the previous technician didn’t want to do. Our complaints were with the lack of follow-up after cutting a wire to our heat in a portion of our home & the incredibly high cost this company charges. They tell you the price at the end of the visit and it’s shocking.

Easy to schedule an appointment online. Sila Technician came on time with a courtesy call received 30 minutes before. The maintenance service was professional. The technician took the time to explain me what he was doing and answered my questions. He also provided me with helpful advices on how to maintain my furnace.

The team I had was amazing. Tony, Dave and Jay for the heating and cooling installation and the plumber whose name I did not get this morning for installing a new water heater.

They were professional, pleasant, and so easy to deal with. Arrived on time and worked over 10 hours the first day in order to get the heating unit up and running. They also explained how the new unit worked in detail.

I have used another company in the past and their service was horrible and the service personnel were difficult to deal with. Bottom line is that Sila was great to work with and I would highly recommend them.
