Tim was an excellent professional. He answered all my questions in term’s I could understand. He respected my home as if it was his own.

We had David G come out after another company told us that a part needed to be replaced but because our system was ancient (12 yrs old) that the part was not available anymore and we needed a new system ~$7500.

David arrived on time and did some troubleshooting. He cleaned the system (specifically igniter area) and did say if that did not work we might need 1 or 2 parts BUT that the parts are definitely available. WELL the system is working and the area just needed to be cleaned. No parts needed. It took a bit longer than the original alloyed time BUT he actually provided service. He took time to try and fix things without having us automatically spend $ on parts let alone tell us we need a new system. Thank you David G.

The company was truly professional with booking my appointment and sending a reminder when the technician was on the way. The technician was on time and super knowledgeable about the system and gave tips for how to maintain the system moving forward. The service was quick and excellent. I would recommend this company and will truly be using this company again for HVAC services.

DO NOT HIRE SILO - If you are looking for a honest company to diagnosis and/or replace your HVAC systems (Heat & Air) Sila is not the company to hire. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF if they have the opportunity!

We contacted Silo to repair our AC system for leaking. The original technician came and repaired the leak but could not fulling diagnosis the problem because his camera battery died.

A second technician came (the General Manager-Jonathan Clarke) who diagnosis the heating and AC systems and informed us that both needed to be replaced.
He then turned the system off and placed a large red sticker on the unit which stated what he verbally told us...that the system was dangerous to turn on and use. If we did it could be deadly.

He then gave us 3 quotes Best Option = $25268, Good Option $19413, and Base $16232.

Needless to say all the quotes are pricey. We decided to do our research and shop around.

We found a company who diagnosed both systems and found neither system needed to be replaced, and further the pictures Silo took of our system was NOT OUR SYSTEM!!

The second company of course has documented what their diagnosis was. We continue to use the systems without any problems.

Just as an added note our current Trane system is about 10 years old.

Guy was extremely helpful, especially making sure that I (as an 83 year old) did not fall in going down to the basement. Very helpful and patient with my many questions. Above and beyond. Thanks

Ryann Love was super professional, knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. Saw some things that need to be addressed while doing a heating tuneup explained why. Will be calling Sila for a quote on his findings. 2nd time I've used Sila and I'm thinking they're going to be my go to guys for heating issues.

1st off-Sila called me 1 hour before they showed up just like they said they would. Nick and Taylor did a great job purging my hot water line, installing a new zone valve and a new thermostat as well. The entire job took less than 1 hour and they were very professional about breaking everything down, including the cost!!
