Sila Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical

I’ve been using Sila for a number of years and couldn’t more highly recommend them. I first worked with them to replace an HVAC system on a property I was managing and have continued to work with them for electrical and plumbing needs over the last few years. They’re extremely responsive, transparent (including with pricing), and incredibly helpful. I’ve had them come out for emergency calls and when they haven’t been able to send someone out, they’ve always walked me through what I needed to do to prevent further issues and damage until someone could come out and haven’t charged me for that help. There’s really no comparison between Sila and any other providers I’ve worked with in Boston.

Sila has definitely come through for me at times when I really needed them! The customer service staff are exceptional and the technicians are very professional. So glad i discovered this HVAC company.

A cold morning and the heat wasn’t working. They were right on time and in the window of when they were going to arrive. David the technician called before coming and was fantastic explaining what was found and what he needed to do to get system functioning. David was great with answering all my heating questions. David was excellent and I would highly recommend Sila.

Very pleased with every aspect of service from Sila. Initial contact was above and beyond expectation and I was able to have service within hours. John was professional, responded to my questions and was able to replace my kitchen faucet and disposal efficiently with info on how to maintain them. Definitely recommend.
