This is definitely a 6 star company instead of 5. From the initial phone call to the timely service on the completed job. Very knowledgeable and courteous employees. The technician dispatched (Guy) was very thorough and explained well what he’d be doing. He was tuning up our AC. Will recommend company and tech.

Very Professional! Last summer my AC system broke in my home and I needed it fixed before this summer. Helder was sent out to my house to fix it for me and did a great job! He was very nice and fixed the problem quick! I would use Sila again!

Steve was very professional and knowledgeable. As soon as he arrived to my home he was able to diagnose the problem with my air conditioning system immediately. I have had no issues since and will be requesting him for any future service.

John Gulstrom did a cleaning for us in our new home . it was nice to have someone we trust analyze a system new to us. John is very knowledgeable and honest and i didn't feel like i was being taken to the cleaner. I received excellent service from Sila Heating and Air, particularly with their technician, Helder Semedo. I was experiencing some issues with my AC unit but struggled with articulating what I thought might be wrong. He was patient, professional, diligent and walked me through what some of the issues were. He was knowledgeable and overall made it an easy and pleasant experience.
