I had an issue with my central a/c that I was unable to resolve. Nick came to my home on time and prepared to get to work. He was quick to discover and rectify the problem. He was also very friendly and came across as a very good representative of Sila. Good job!

This was our 3rd time using Sila and this time to replace the heat exchanger. The other 2x was to replace aging AC handler units. Each time they have been very responsive in diagnosing the day of the call and the repair happens and is completed the following day! They definitely provide quality, professional and very efficient service. We would definitely recommend!

Sila is great! Several years back, they installed my mini-split AC/heat units in a single day - a 90+ degree day in July to boot - and had the entire house cooled off by evening. The heating function came in handy just a couple of weeks ago.

Sila is my trusty “go-to” for heating and air conditioning service and they never disappoint. My boiler recently stopped working late afternoon on an 18 degree Saturday and a technician was at my front door at 8:00 Sunday morning. He got the heat going but the system required some follow on maintenance. I got a call first thing the next morning and follow up was scheduled and completed. I was SO grateful to have my heat back in less than 24 hours - I mean it was cold!

Every Sila employee I’ve worked with - from office staff to salespeople to installers to technicians - have been professional, courteous and pleasant to work with.

I posted a 5 star review on google a few months back as I had my entire ac system replaced on all 3 levels of my house. Let's just say it was extremely costly as one would expect. Paid in full and what do you think happens when I turn the system on...that's right, its cooling the highest level in my house the absolute extreme coldness (58) and the temperature wasn't set to go below 74! My guests that night were freezing and I was so embarrassed at the occurrence. My husband and I just spent multiple thousands of dollars on this new high efficiency system and once turned on it simply failed. The technician that was sent out told me that it was a control panel malfunction and I had to wait an additional 3 days to keep turning my ac on and off to make sure that my coils don't freeze ( an issue that I guess the company didn't care to worry about) just about every 3 hours!
Fast forward to the replacement of the control panel and everything is assured except the temperature on my third floor yet another night plummets to 58 degrees F.
When I called the company yet again, I was told that there was yet another problem with how the system was installed and according to 'Brandon' that the company had to prioritize to clients of which had no a/c as to clients that had some. After paying over $42k, I would think that the company should give to priority to customers who've already paid for their services.

First - Sila responded immediately when I called on a Saturday afternoon because my heat wasn’t working. Greg from Sila was at my door in about a hour and got to work quickly to diagnose my problem. I have an older boiler so not a clear-cut issue, but he worked hard - evaluating every possible cause- and finally diagnosed the issue! Also he was extremely polite and so professional. It was a pleasure to work with him!! I recommend Sila highly. Call them for excellent work and fair pricing.

Here was a defective part in the Condenser. The part was replaced quickly. Mike Milisi was professional, and committed to our satisfaction. Part replaced, and install completed on time and with a smile. Can’t ask for more!

We are recent Sila users and had two very large projects with the firm. ROY, the plumber was excellent and easily identified that we had a much larger issue than merely a clogged sink-he worked carefully replacing a corroded sewer line, and coordinated the thoughtful re-installation of a portion of our delicate wood floor with a Sila recommended carpenter and his talented son!

The second project encompassed the installation of a new heat pump/AC system (with upgraded thermostats) a redo of crushed older ducts, new returns and registers and we cannot say enough about HERNAN who worked tirelessly, professionally and so extraordinarily respectfully for the duration of the work.

Each experience with the installers as well as the walk-thru with STEVE on HVAC was excellent as they answered many questions along the way and kept us informed of the process. I commend Sila for having made such hires and hope they will be recognized accordingly.

Finally, the Senior Project Manger, Sam and Field Supervisor, Brendan spent time with us and checked in every day to make sure some of the unexpected initial snags were corrected to our satisfaction.

Had a new heating system put in two years ago by Solar, The team was absolutely professional. Two years later they have been coming in to do the yearly service maintenance and as usual very professional. Ryan Love has been my servicing person, he’s very pleasant and professional, Thank you to the entire team, I could add 5 more stars , great job Sila I totally recommend, this company
