The people that did the job for me installing Tankless water Heater and Furnace they were all respectful and work hard to get the job done in one day. They all trained and they help each other get the job done right and clean up after work was done. The price was fair and plus they did extra for no cost. I am very impressed with the job they done. 1st time using SDP. very happy they called ahead to announce estimated time they would be at my house and they were perfectly on time. The work team was pleasant, polite, they wore booties to protect our flooring. They worked hard, cleaned up everything and gave me a full verbal description of the work performed as well as helpful hints on keeping me water heater and furnace running smoothly. Great job.

I called New Era, which I knew as SDP Plumbing, to look at a leaking steam radiator valve. Two years previously they completely re plumbed my kitchen when it was rehabbed and I was impressed with everything about them.
Justin and Charley showed up within an hour, gave an estimate and two hours later the new valve was in and everything was cleaned up.
Great demeanor and very knowledgeable. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending them for anything plumbing, heating or AC.

With having a one year old it was critical to have our furnace working properly. They came out the same day and were able to repair the furnace. I met SDP Plumbing at the Boston Home Show in Lowell MA and inquired about an issue I was having at my home. I had called multiple plumbers in NH and Northern Boston and ZERO - including the bigger companies would come to my house or if they scheduled they no showed. I was very skeptical of plumbers in this area. SDP gave me immediate appointment - working around my schedule. They showed up on time and took extra care in doing their work - including putting cover ups on their boots so not to scuff our hardwood floors. The job was more involved than what they had originally quoted and took significantly longer - but they honored their original quote. WOW - they just really impressed me with their professionalism, timeliness and high quality of their work. These guys are fantastic. Hey Windham/Salem homeowners...if you need a plumber these are the guys. Small company who puts focus on their work.

New Era was so easy to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and kept a clean work area. They practiced social distancing and also sanitized all areas that they came in contact with within our home. The office staff were very pleasant to deal with on the phone and were very responsive.

They were very quick to identify the issue with my furnace. Easily explained to me what was causing the problem and fixed it in a jiffy! Definitely would recommend them!
