Bobby returned my call and came by to check out the job right away. He was great about communicating and helping me save money on the job. He was very professional and did a great job replacing the cracked drain pipes under my sink. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Replaced our Tankless Water Heater.

And I can’t say enough good things about Bobby!! My wife and I had family in town for Thanksgiving week when out tankless water heater intermittently stopped working and was actually leaking. Not only was he responsive when I called, but he asked a lot of questions to ensure the right solution for us. Over the few days of trying to figure out the direction and Bobby running down leads for our replacement, I texted him on Sat with update from our end. Not only did he get back to me Sat, he called back Sun to finalize details and timing!! I mean, he was thorough and meticulous!!

We will DEFINITELY call Bobby back with other plumbing jobs as we have a few planned because he was customer focused, professional, responsive, and in a word, fantastic!!! High Marks!!

I called Bobby to address a leaky shower drain in the shower of my rental unit. He addressed the leak immediately and recommended fixing a broader issue. Bobby was responsive and professional. He managed my expectations perfectly. I'll definitely rely on LaMattina's Plumbing & Heating for all my future plumbing and heating needs!

Also Installed new garbage disposal. Bobby found the leak, replaced the broken part and tested. No more leak! A few days later, he replaced my garbage disposal that was in disrepair. The disposal was a bit more expensive than I anticipated, but the unit was high quality, top of the line, warranted, quiet and more efficient. Each time, he and his co-worker were extremely professional, explained everything that had to be done, left the areas spotless. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I had a leaking valve that connected my sink to the dishwasher and needed my fridge water line hooked up.

Called LaMattina's Tuesday midday. Bobby got back to me soon after and said he could come by on Wednesday. He was honest and upfront about the pricing which is always good to know.

He called me about 20 minutes out and he was here on time.
When he got here I asked him to change out all 3 valves underneath my sink and he said that wouldn't be a problem. They changed out the valves and hooked up the fridge water line in no time ~90 minutes, not long at all.

I had some other questions about a banging in my pipes. He checked the water pressure in the and said that was fine. So he said the issue is that one of the hot water pipes isn't properly secured and that it's not worth ripping up walls to lower the pressure just a little bit. And that I should just close my faucet gently and it should be fine.

I would highly recommend using them. Any plumbing issues I have in the future I will be calling them.

this is second time we have use LaMattina Plumbing & Heating and I would call them 100 times more. in 2019 they replaced our water heater and this past time they repaired a water pipe to an outdoor water supply. Great work, always accommodating and nice crew of guys reasonably price. Happy Customer :)
