I called because I had a sewer main problem and asked him to come take a look and give an estimate. He came by and then called me ENRAGED because he saw another plumber walking into the same property. I calmly tried to explain that it was a big job (~$7,000) so I wanted a couple of quotes and I try to schedule people around the same time to prevent driving my tenants crazy. He couldn't listen and refused to come in. I called later and he told me "I'm too busy taking care of my PAYING customers!" I guess he's too busy and angry to get paid $7,000.

The company was highly recommended on next-door. i found them to be very knowledgable and honest.straightforward and like-able. they were also able to point me in the right direction with other projects i need taken care of.All and all they seem to be a great company and i plan on using them in the very near future.

These guys are the best! Fixed a few old leaky pipes/spigots in our older house in Malden. They were very responsive and did beautiful work, highly recommended!

The Bobs have come through for me more times than I can count. I can always count on them to be there when I need them and nothing they do is ever going to be done twice. They do it right the first time. Recently just replaced my furnace. You guys rock, thank you.

Excellent, honest & professional. Called at 8am and they showed up at 8:30am. Fixed 3 plumbing issues I had to the highest industry standards. Would definitely use them again for any plumbing repairs!
