Green Energy AC Heating & Plumbing Repair

Had a great experience with Green Energy. Their technician (Edson) was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He kept me updated with the status of the work throughout the visit and even upgraded the wiring done on my humidifier system. He also made sure the areas he worked on were spotless clean, the heating system was running smooth and checked if I had any questions before he left. Great service all around!

Irvin, Luis and Glenn were the three technicians working to install an AC system in our house. They were affable cheerful and very professional. They did a good job with the install and left my house clean and tidy. Thanks guys!

When we were told our boiler wasn't going to last much longer we decided we wanted to take advantage of the Mass Save program that offered rebates and interest free loans to install an air sourced heat pump. We tried calling a few local and national contractors and had absolutely no luck with people calling us back, until we reached out to Green Energy. After that they made everything incredibly simple for us, from coming out to explain our options, answering questions about the Mass Save program, being patient with us when we needed to wait for the right rebate, and getting the work done quickly and professionally. During the installation we couldn't ask for a better team than Irvin and Misael. They'd let us know when we could expect them in the morning, they answered any questions we had (the one time he didn't have an answer, Irvin called the office and got the answer for me), left the house very tidy, and most importantly we love the system they installed. I don't think their service is the cheapest out there, but I'm happy with the price because their professionalism and service give us peace of mind about the quality of product we got.

From start to finish. Green Energy Mechanical took care of everything with the installation of my new Carrier central ac unit and running new ducts in my two floors single family home. Their service and coordination for this big job far exceeded my expectation. Everyone that I dealt with were very professional. And they even came back several weeks after the install to make sure everything was still working as expected and left a small gift. Now that's great customer service. I highly recommend them.

Green Energy Mechanical team was absolutely wonderful. The were prompt, efficient, and courteous. The did an excellent job of replacing our decades old double furnace with GEM’s own double furnace. It works very well.

Our experience with Green Energy has been very good. The technicians are courteous, professional, highly competent and are always on time. I also like the text updates for appt reminders and to inform us as to who the technician is (they send a picture of technician which is a good safety procedure) and when they will arrive.

This was a big job. Replacing a 25 yr old A/C unit with a whole house heat pump. Cooling and heating in a 4 bed, 9 room house. For 4 days, there were 2-4 guys maneuvering around in a crawl space attic. It meant disassembling the new heat pump unit just to get in the attic and then re-assembling it. Careful work required.

Carlos, Irvin and Doug were the everyday core team. One day there were 5 trucks and 6 people. They started every day laying drop clothes and ended with meticulous vacuuming. They ran heating and cooling for an hour to make final adjustments. So far, so good. Next stop: help with rebates and a heat loan.
