The service was excellent. Terry wanted to understand the entire geothermal system prior to starting the maintenance work. I found his explanations very helpful. I would hands down recommend him and the company.

Green Energy Mechanical, Inc. installed a two-zone Fujitsu heat pump system in our home in 2019. Their people are extremely professional and well-trained. Everyone we dealt with, from the receptionist to the field installers was well-informed, helpful, and cheerful to boot. I am an architect and have been installing heat pumps in my projects for 40+ years. Green Energy has been the most competent installer I've worked with to date. I highly recommend them.

I called Green Energy Mechanical during 8/11/2021 national weather service heat advisory and excessive heat watch. My place of employments' air conditioning unit went down yesterday and we were working in 90-95 degree conditions. We reached out to multiple companies and Samantha at Green Energy Mechanical is the first and only person that I was actually able to speak with directly. She was very helpful, sympathetic to the fact that we were slowly melting and she gave us a time frame for the technician, Quinn to arrive at our facility SAME DAY between 11 AM to 3 PM. Quinn showed up during the time frame given and was very friendly and professional. The reason why we didn't use Green Energy Mechanical during todays heat watch crisis is because another company that we had reached out to yesterday just showed up randomly with no return call to confirm the necessity of their services. Who does that? We apologized to Quinn for having him make the drive to us for no reason after working all day in this heat, and that we will pay a fee for the inconvenience. Quinn had told us not to worry and there won't be a bill for today. If that other company hadn't showed up 20 minutes before Quinn did, we would have loved for Green Energy Mechanical to service our AC unit. If in the event anything like happens again, Green Energy Mechanical will be the first company that we call. We recommend you do the same!

My wife and I were totally satisfied with the replacement of the fan motor on our heat pump. After Quinn completed the repair, he carefully made sure everything was working fine before he left. Throughout the visit, he was friendly and informative. All aspects of our interaction with Green Energy Mechanical from scheduling to billing was handled efficiently and professionally. I am incredibly happy with Green Energy Mechanical and cannot recommend them enough. They were responsive, professional, and completed a beautiful job. We had a very challenging project where we wanted to convert from oil and radiators for our heat and window ACs for our cooling to all electric. We had to go with a ductless system because of our home. The job included: removing oil tank, boiler, radiators and corresponding piping, installing an electric water heater, and installing 8 mini-splits on all three levels of our home on two separate systems. They charged about the same as other competitors, but offered up to $7,500 in rebates with MassSave and a much faster turn around time. Once we signed the quote, we qualified for the MassSave $25,000 0% APR loan quickly and installation was confirmed for the next week. The job took 6 days, and their crew was amazing. They cleaned up at the end of each day, would give us a verbal report on what had been completed that day, and what they planned to do the next. We now have a much more efficient home and it looks amazing!

Edson came out today to clean my furnace/boiler. He was incredibly thorough, checking to make sure that hot air was coming out from all of my baseboards. He was wonderfully professional and pleasant and took care of the cleaning in less than one hour. My entire experience with Green Energy, from booking my appointment to this service call consistently EXCEEDED my expecations and I look forward to working with them in the future.

I must say I’m grateful that Green Mechanical was willing to work out some mishaps with me after installing a beautiful furnace. Terry came to fix my radiators and he was amazing. After I’d been hearing loud banging with my pipes. Jonathan called to check up as a follow up, and was quick to respond to my concerns. Terry came back and worked on fixing the problem. He was on time, very attentive to my concerns, and very professional. He communicated his conclusion and process with me at the end. I appreciate the professionalism and would now recommend Green Energy Mechanical for business.

Just had my Hot Water Heater replaced with a tankless along with my Furnace and AC Condenser repair. The project was completed quickly and efficiently. the two service techs Joshua and Irvin were extremely professional and kept me in the loop throughout the entire two day process.
