We've been using Green Energy Mechanical for a few years now, and they've always done a great job whenever they come out for service or maintenance on our systems. Very good communication, clear assessment of system issues, and honest pricing. Their tech's are friendly and knowledgeable.

David was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable! He worked quickly to diagnose our problem and offered cost effficient solutions! Also like that this company charges a flat rate and not by time spent on the call. Great that they could squeeze us into the schedule 2 days from when I called when other places were either not returning calls or were quoting appointments 2 weeks out.

Irvin was my project manager and he was supported by Field Supervisor Mike Santos. Both Irvin and Mike fielded my frequent stream of questions and requests all during the 4 day install. They were calm, patient and very flexible with me. Whenever they were going to place equipment they always asked me first if I was comfortable with the locations. Flexibility with install options was important to me and Green Energy was more than up to the challenge like leveraging my laundry drain for my unit in my office behind the laundry room. Their work ethic day after day never wavered. I look forward to having Green Energy maintain the system year after year.

We had a heat pump installed over the last two days, and so far so good! We got a reasonable price on high-end equipment, a tutorial on use and maintenance, and all in the amount of time we were led to expect. My only complaint is that the automated text reminder system said the technicians would arrive between "7am and 7am" instead of what I'm pretty sure was supposed to be a 7-9 window. They arrived around 8 or 8:30, a perfectly reasonable hour.

Matt A. was very professional and thorough while further analyzing the issue of lost coolant which caused a failure/ shutdown of my minisplits, and what was needed to fix it.
He confirmed that there is a leak but that it will require a deeper look at how much of the pipe/hose carrying the coolant, and where it needs replacement, not just adding coolant. He explained the problems very well. He gave me a rough estimate and I talked with Holly who set up an appointment to do that work at a time convenient for me. Thanks, Matt.

Very satisfied and impressed. Both Kevin and Jonathan—the boss who also came—we’re very personable and professional. They really are experts in geothermal systems. I also appreciated how they worked together and with me, carefully and clearly explaining their recommendations.

The only reason I didn’t also list “good value” is that this visit was for a diagnosis, proposal, and estimate for major system repair of geothermal system installed by another company who is no longer in business. So I haven’t yet had a chance to assess value.

Shout out to Gabe you were amazing, kind, and patient. You made a nightmare situation after hours seem like only a minor inconvenience.
