I reached out to Yosef at Home Comfort Air Services via HomeAdvisor to replace a 25+ year old HVAC system that was original to my house. He did a thorough check, advised me not to bother to add freon since the system was old. He was not pushy and stuck to the facts, even advising me to shop around and get a few more estimates to compare. Everything (estimates, invoicing) was handled electronically which I appreciate. Installation was completed efficiently, and very neatly. He explained every thing the way and was patient with my million questions. We ended up adding a whole house humidifier and upgrading to a variable motor not suggested by him, but requested by us and he advised on if he thought those made sense. He is an honest, and knowledgeable person, the kind of service person/company anyone would be happy to deal with. He will be my go to for all HVAC needs and I highly recommend him and Home Comfort.

I called Home Comfort. Yosef came the next morning, did a full check of the system. And found a the problem was a bad capacitor.... He saved me over $2k in unnecessary expenses.

My 23 year old ac unit finally stopped working so I went online to research potential contractors. After reading the favorable reviews Home Comfort Air Services was getting I decided to give them a call. Yousef came out to inspect the system and I decided to get it replaced given the age. He gave me an estimate which I shopped around for comparisons and found that his price was very fair. On the install date Yousef showed up early with his crew, they quickly removed the old unit and I was able to go to work while they finished the installation. I got a call from Yousef that the work was done early. I returned to the property to find the unit installed and Yousef tested it in heating and cooling mode while I was there. The area around the work was left in a spotless condition. The difference between my system and the systems installed by other contractors for other units in the building was like night and day. From the pad the unit rests on to the secure attachment of the fuse box everything was completed in a very professional manner. I am completely satisfied with my experience with Home Comfort Air Services and really appreciate the communication and excellent customer service I received. I would absolutely use their services again.

Yosef called when he was running ahead of schedule to confirm that he could come to the appointment earlier. He was very professional and gave detailed explanations for the work that was done. Look forward to using Home Comfort Air Services in the future.

Hello all I have used Yosef (he is the owner of this company) services about 4 times so far and every time he has been very courteous. Also he explains what he is doing and why he is doing it, he will work with you on many different issues like payment, scheduling and others. He tries to give you options that best suite your needs not like the big companies that advertise on TV all the time. In a time when so many companies seem to be out to just rob you blind and do a half job for full money Yosef seems to be trying to stay honest and true to doing a good job so that you will not only want to use him again if you need to but as well you would want to tell others about his services. Which is why I chose to write this review because this is not something that I normally do in any case whether good or bad.

Yosef was great - he was knowledgeable and provided helpful maintenance tips. He also provided excellent service - he answered my call after hours and was able to service my AC the very next morning. Highly recommend!

Yosef is professional and helpful! He identified the issue quickly and arranged his time schedule to come and fix my air conditioner. It has been functioning well so far and nothing comes wrong. I will recommend him.

I can't say enough good things about Home Comfort Air, especially the installer that we worked with Yosef Zeleke Bekele! We had our AC replaced in the height of the summer and they were able to offer competitive pricing and were VERY thorough in finding the best solution for us.
