Needed to install a Mini-Split air-conditioning and heating unit in my sunroom. Contacted various vendors and received quotes ranging from $5500-$7000. Home Comfort Air Services was one of the businesses that I had contacted for a quote. On the scheduled day, the owner of the business, Joseph showed up and after taking some measurements and conducting some tests told me exactly what kind of equipment, I would need to properly heat and cool the room. Joe gave me a couple of choices on the manufacturers of the Mini-Split. I chose the more expensive one-- a Mitsubishi. The owner, Joe emailed me a quote and the contract instantaneously via his cell phone. I checked my email while he was standing in front of me. Less than $4500. I signed the contract electronically, while he was still in my home. Three day later, the Mini-Split was installed and working. Thank you, Home Comfort Air Services.

Yosef responded to our service request on the same day, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with our furnace. Everything went very smoothly and we’ll definitely call him again!

First of all I would like to see the Yusuf is the best!! He an expert at what he does, let me explain...... Our water heater went out in our home.He was able to come the very same day and immediately found the problem. He then explained to us that we needed a new water heater and ordered the water heater for us he then came back the next day and installed everything and got the water running,but there was a problem. The water did not heat up after the new water heater was installed and he did his investigation and found out that we had to cross connection he said that he knew that there was something wrong from the beginning because when he cut the water off in the house the cold water was still running though the hot water pipes. He is very knowledgeable and called someone to have it fix but at the end we luckily had a family member to do it for free. This isn't the first time our family has used Yusuf. He has also fix our AC unit as well he is very detacated to his clients and very nice! You can't go wrong, I promise you!

Their contractor arrived on the exact day and at the exact time that they specified. Seriously, we're talking about getting there within a single minute of their estimated arrival time. The service guy was smart, helpful, friendly, and made sure to give me a few suggestions about things that I've been wanting to do in the future without trying to upsell me or push in any direction. I'm extremely happy!
