A great small business! Very responsive, friendly quality installation and maintenance service.

They installed proper air handling equipment and coil, fixed controls,and made heatpump operational. This was a complex job in which they had to redo unprofessional work which was done by others using improper component parts.

They came out within hours of the request. They identified and resolved the problem. The HVAC is up and running again.

My AC unit went out late on a Monday night. I emailed Ambient on Tuesday morning and Bryan was able to send Shawn out the same day to diagnose the issues. Shawn tried everything to get my unit up and running but unfortunately father time had caught up with it. Bryan laid out many different options and was very honest about which one he'd recommend. The technicians that replaced the unit on Friday were fantastic. They did an excellent job and were very friendly. I can't say enough good words about Ambient. They are a fantastic company.

Bryan and Shawn have been great to work with. Last Summer, we purchased a service contract with Ambient, which included 2 inspections on each system per year, plus a discount on any work done. Since our systems are older, we have had to have them out a few times in the past year to fix minor items (capacitors, relays), and Bryan has always been very responsive and helpful. They even were able to diagnose an intermittent problem that had been occurring with our one unit (it ended up being a bad relay). With the service contract, their discounted prices have been excellent. Bryan has also given us an estimate to replace our heat pumps, the price of which was also excellent, and, given our positive experience, we will most likely hire them to do the replacement when the time comes.
