Ambient Cooling & Heating LLC

Ambient has been providing all of the heating and cooling needs for my house for the last several years. Their prices are reasonable and the techs are always friendly and professional. I would highly recommend using them for all your heating and cooling needs. From the smallest issue like a freon charge to an entire system replacement they will be able to help.

Danny was courteous as usual. This visit was to perform quality checks for Cooling mode. Readings were necessary to complete the Warranty paperwork with the geothermal heat pump. I like Danny because he explains what he’s doing while performing his maintenance checks. Note: Ambient installed my Geothermal DX System in December of 2021. They are professionals in all respects.

We were surprised how quickly this job was completed. Expecting delays because of current business climate. Everything came in on schedule, work completed perfectly. Highly recommend!

Installed new heat pump. Crew is always professional, wore masks and maintained distance. Given many choices on quote all competitive. Have used them for maintenance for about 3-4 years and have never been disappointed.

Ambient Cooling and Heating LLC! This company is amazing. Extremely professional. Did whatever it took to bring us comfort from the recent blaze these past few days of the September 9th week! They started in with surgical precision in diagnosing the issue. Apparently with my old system the capacitor had blown up/literally and caught fire when we stopped using it because it wasn't cooling (was definitely out of commission). Ambient professionals quickly replaced it; found that the condensation pump had somehow been disconnected and put that back, a couple other minor things and we were back to a fully functioning system. I'm so grateful to Ambient. Will always recommend them! Turns out the original company I called, cancelled at the last minute but Ambient agreed to come out a day earlier than them anyway. It was a TOTAL win for this family! Could not meet nicer people who were both conscientious of their work and receptive to the customer needs and requests. Love them!
