Our unit was not working up to speed and kept entering a delayed cycle. Tim has been out twice and he came out again and got the unit back up and working! What we loved most is that he took time to check multiple things to make sure it wasn’t an additional issue. We have a service contract with Ambient and highly recommend that as well. So helpful they offer this to customers. We are so happy with Ambient Cooling and Heating and highly recommend them.

Great company. Cheap, reliable and dependable. Bryan came to my house behind another tech with a different company as we wanted to get a second opinion after being told we needed to replace our units. Ambient Heating and cooling were able to diagnose the problem, saving us thousands of dollars. Highly recommend.

I have used Ambient for several years now, at three different houses I have owned. My old two houses were a boiler and my new house is forced air. I feel that they are fair, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and are able to schedule you easily with some flexibility. The owner (I think it is the owner) is very responsive and wants the customers to be satisfied. I highly recommend them.

Ambient Cooling & Heating came to give me an estimate on a new Heat Pump system. He was so nice and explained this new type of system to me in detail, educating me in the process, and he gave various options for brands and associated price table. Thank you so much!

Everything was good. The technician spotted the problem right away, has the parts in his truck to fix it. Checked everything to be sure everything worked properly. Will definitely use the same company when something else breaks down in the future.

Terrible job. We contracted with them gave them an early deposit and when th we scope changed they jacked up their price. When we said no they refused to give us our deposit back. It was thousands of dollars. So I will never use them or recommend them

15 June Update: Our house is not cooling properly and can't handle 82 degree weather. I wonder if this company installed a unit that was too small. I don't recommend them.

Mar-Apr 2023: We had a new furnace and A/C installed. They communicated well, responded quickly, and on time. The previous A/C worked fine and one employee took it to his house to install (I should have said something). They initially quoted $5,400 then quoted/charged $7,200 because of extra costs. They didn't install it correctly and for 5 weeks it was running and not heating the house properly. I had almost a $700 electric bill because of their inability to install the heater. Then after it was finished, they charged $500 for a permit we needed for final county inspection.
