Wayne and his apprentice were awesome. They arrived within the time frame he I was told, they were respectful of my home (and dogs!), And did a great job with this installation and explaining the final results.

Called them on Monday, 25 Jul to check lack of cold air from existing AC unit. The compressor was not functioning and the unit was shot. Had them install a new A/C unit on Tue, 26 Jul and they also checked all existing connections and other stuff needed. Everything working fine. Kudos to Wayne and Brent for the work they did. They didn't take any breaks and were personable and explained what they had to do.

We asked Ambient to step in and take on repairing our geothermal system that was installed 10 years ago. There were some issues and the company that made the unit had been taken over by another firm. Ambient came assessed the problem, proposed a solution and successfully made the repairs. So far the unit is working as good as new far. So very pleased.

They were awful and rude. If they can’t figure it out they will tell you to get lost.

Would definitely recommend them! Danny was extremely informative, in touch and on time! Also if you have children, Danny was great with my very curious and talkative 4 yr old. They were here for a simple inspection service on our furnace but it was the best experience we've had with a company. Good and reasonable pricing with additional benefits when becoming a customer as well.

Used this company for new installation of a heat pump and air handler. Went above and beyond in every way. After having used several different HVAC companies previously I can say without a shadow of a doubt that they are a cut above the rest. My family and I couldn’t be happier with work that was completed.

I was recommended Ambient Cooling & Heating by another HVAC business I reached out to that didn’t service our immediate area. I felt more confident in this recommendation because it was from a professional in the industry as opposed to an anonymous Google Reviewer.

We previously had a larger, commercialized, company come out to our home twice to look at the in-attic HVAC system. They left us with two service fees (each trip out) and zero resolutions. I took it upon myself to call around and find someone willing to come out for less than $100 in hopes they’d discover the source of the problem.

The service tech, William, came out to our place 30 minutes past the estimated 15-30 minute arrival text on top of already having to wait around most of the day for the “service window” starting 10:00am onward.

I explained the AC had been leaking water down onto the drywall (ceiling) for several weeks now and my husband and I resorted to placing a bowl under the space of duct work (just past the coils) to avoid any further damage. In that time we’d already maxed out the space in the bowl because each time it filled to the brim and needed dumping.

After a “diagnostic” test and service trip cost to the tune of $170 we still have no resolution. He performed the diagnostic without telling me it would be a separate charge and come to find out it was for a service I paid the previous company for two weeks earlier. I emphasized that we Just had the lines cleared two weeks ago and we were still getting a full bowl worth of water (4 cups) once a week and he suggested it was likely residual water from when the line may have not been clear.

I’m honestly beyond frustrated with calling every HVAC place I can think of and getting scammed with trip fees and diagnostics that reveal nothing is wrong.

Outstanding experience. Bryan was very efficient at the consultation, and the installation crew were professional, knowledgeable, and way beyond dedicated. 10/10 would recommend.
