Hard working friendly team .

The owner overcharged me for labor hours by including 1.5 hours of additional time that they were not even working in my home. The additional 1.5 hours included a lunch break that was taken by the worker as well as the time he left to get materials which should have already been on his truck (less than 1 foot of 1/2 copper pipie). They also charged me $25 for the materials but then took all the excess with them even though I paid for it. When I called the owner to resolve the issue he was rude, abrasive, unprofessional, and he hung up on me. Clearly this company is thirsty for revenue and will rip you off to get it any way they can. I will NEVER do business with them again and I would NEVER RECOMMEND their service to anyone. The worker John was a decent guy it's just too bad that he works for a shady company!

Returned my call made on Sunday afternoon on Monday morning. Sent someone out Monday evening.. can't complain about that response time and the house is cooling down nicely now.
