From start to finish, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The company gave me a fair quote, and even thought the work was more extensive than expected, they didn't try to charge more. The employees were courteous, prompt, and delivered what was promised.

I 've had far too many unsatisfactory visits from this company, as they are the plumbers that my piss-poor management company (Tidewater Property Management) uses. Therefore, there's no surprise at the terrible customer service. From the rude scheduling calls to the messy and haphazard work in my house, to the literal yelling at me from the owner Josh - totally unacceptable and unprofessional behavior - to the drywall sawdust that was left all over my uncovered furniture, electronics and shoes as they cut feet of drywall without my knowledge. They rushed through a re-piping job that sent water flooding through my half bath, where one worker admits to missing sealing a valve. They missed a leak in upper bath (not leaking before they changed pipes), which they are now making me wait for days, before they return to correct this problem.

I recommend using Heidler, as they are the company to come in a day after Pohlman left me and several houses without water for an entire night after unwittingly shutting off a main water valve for several units. It took another plumbing company to come in and fix their error in seconds. Just call Heidler first. They are simply a much better plumbing company.

Joshua was prompt and professional. Pricing was fair and reasonable as well, Due to the given times he was also very respectful of the mask policies federally in place. I would recommend highly for anyone to call!

Most recent interaction began with a 8AM-12PM service window for a basic repair. At 12PM with no sign of plumbers, I called the office to be informed that the service crew was running late. Only at 4:30PM did I receive a call saying that the service crew would be arriving within the next half hour. At this point I already had to leave to take my sons to sports practice. So essentially I wasted a vacation day to stay at home for no apparent reason.

The last interaction was a replacement of a hot water tank, which involved a two-man crew showing up on a Monday. After 15 minutes, it was a 1-man crew because one of the guys resorted to sitting in the air conditioning of his van because he was feeling "under the weather"...aka hungover. The only work this fine gentlemen performed was hauling the old hot water tank out of my house and leaving a trail of rusty water spots all over the carpet.

This outfit is extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone who had a choice in plumbers; I unfortunately am relegated to them by my property manager.

Punctual, was able to install a new water line without digging a trench in the yard and minimized damage to the basement floor. Great service, nice price, caring crew...

Also Disappointed. Two simple repairs to water lines continue to leak. My basement floor remains wet and the kitchen sink drain continues to leak. Josh still cashed my check and just moved on. $1,450 dollars thrown away. Shame on you Josh. You can do better than that. The community in which you work expects more.

Technician didn't make call within 4 hour window promised. I wasted 4 hours of my valuable time waiting. Really not pleased with any company that uses a 4 hour window for when they will arrive. This is disrespectful of the value of others time. I believe it should be possible to schedule within a 2 hour window.

When I worked for Four Twelve Roofing I had the pleasure of dealing with Joe. He was a great guy, very responsive and does awesome work. I highly recommend this company
