I am a property manager and always call Pohlman Plumbing for any plumbing problems that happen at the rentals I manage. They are very professional, show up at the appointment time and get the problem resolved quickly. These rental properties are at various locations in Baltimore City and adjoining counties and Pohlman services all of these areas.
I also use them for any plumbing problems at my home. Their service & workmanship is great and that is why they are on speed dial.

Sam and Chad do great work. Sam has been over multiple times to replace our outdated plumbing, and updating it per modern regulations. Sam is friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated. He's had to work around a lot of obstacles at our house. Would recommend and use this company again.

Pohlman Plumbing just replace my broken sewer line. The job was done quickly and with minimal damage to my property. The gentlemen that came to fix my sewer line were polite, knowledgeable and used their best judgment to repair the line. Everything is working Great! Btw, this is my second time using Pohlman's and each time has been a great experience and great service.

My AC went out April 15 and after filing a Home Warranty Claim, and the selected tech came out......I continued having major issues....mainly NO cold air. I called Pohlman who was extremely professional on the phone, scheduled me an appointment, CJ responded, examined my entire split AC system, located the problems, and fixed it, I had another small problem with my AC several days later...and again CJ responded super quick, stopped by before his shift ended and worked another two hours to locate the problem, and again very professional, and everything is back working again. Bravo Zulu to CJ! I can't thank you guys enough.

Excellent service. Really kind and attentive staff. Joshua Pohlman went above and beyond to be sure our job was done without fail. They even did the job while we were on vacation. Reasonable pricing as well. Highly recommended.

Pholman brothers come and gave me pricing. Then they sent a couple guys they hired around. They changed the toilet location, installed new bathtub hardware and sinks. When they finished we needed to hire another plumber to fix the mistakes including unglued pipe that was left dripping inside a wall, wrong connections in the bathtub and unfinished connections in vanity sinks. Pohlman Bros never came to supervise the job. They were very cordial on the phone until I complained about the unfinished job. They fixed the problem by not charging me a final balance but the cost for fixing the mistakes was higher than that price reduction.

I read your response trying to make your client look at fault. I wonder if the people you sent to my house are licensed at all. There is no excuse to leave a pipe dripping water inside a wall, the bathtub without hot water and the drainage of the two vanity sinks uninstalled. If you thought this job was larger than what you expected, you could talk and increase the final price. But you chose to quite leaving a mess behind.

Team worked very clean on relocating my drain pipes in the basement. They went above and beyond with their scope of work. Cost of work was also excellent, so these guys are really recommended. Note that they become popular, so schedule in advance 😊.
