Joshua was professional and courteous. Job was priced very fairly for a shower fixture replacement. They made sure we got the correct pieces for what we needed prior to the install. The job was done on time and very professionally. Will definitely use them again if needed and recommend them.

Pohlman plumbing did a fantastic job. I have a very old rowhome in Baltimore city. I recently had a leak from my shower drain pipe that came through my walls. Pohlman plumbing was able to diagnosis the issue and replace all the old piping in my house. The job was difficult due to how old all the pipes were, and the small space they had to work with in my tiny house. Now that all the piping in my house was been replaced I am completely relieved. The job was done correctly, with as minimal demo as possible, and the crew was very professional. They did a phenomenal job. Thank you to Joe and his crew!

Joe and Cj were so helpful and kind. I had an AC unit issue and day of Joe came by, diagnosed the problem and 2hours later Cj was out with the necessary parts to fix the issue. Pohlman will be my go to for any HVAC or plumbing issue

Called this morning for service and was able to get same day. All pricing was explained to me before the work was performed. The plumber was very helpful. He covered the carpet to make sure there was no mess. He explained what he was doing while he was making the repair and also made some future recommendations. My AC stopped blowing cold air around 3pm. I then called my HVAC service tech that I'd already had a contract with, to try to get some immediate assistance, but they said they couldn't make it out for 2 weeks. I found Pohlman Plumbing on Google, called them up, and had one of the managers, Mark on site within 45 minutes.

Although Mark didn't have my part, he was able to jump start my AC unit so we could have cool air until he replaced the part the following morning.

Customer service is polite and prompt and they are very thorough.

Joe and his team have been to our house a few times and we really like working with them. They are prompt, professional, honest, and affordable. They walked us through what needed to be done to fix our issues, gave us options, and were very helpful. I highly recommend using Pohlman Plumbing!

Its a disaster and night mare. Its a new condo with tiny dripping water and no hot water ONLY at MASTER BATH FAUCET.

This company sent a Plumber ( assigned by by American Home shield company ) to DIAGNOSE the problem and I paid the deductible $100 in t he beginning. AHS warrantee is very good company that I used for my home for many years.
After the plumber left, the tenant found NO HOT WATER TO USE in the entire Condo faucets. Tenant then remembered that the plumber shut down the main hot water valve in the Utility closet before his work. So he thinks the plumber forgot to turn back on. So Tenant turned it back on just to shock seeing the DRIPPING faucet turned into NOT STOP RUNNING WATER. I called back the plumber and same shock to find out that the tenant can no longer to turn main hotwater valve back. If tenant needs to use hot water in other sink or other shower, can only turn the main hot water valve back on for a very short time and take shower very quickly. Because while he takes the shower in other bath room, the the master bath faucet is running water NON STOP. ( BEFORE the tenant had hot water in every faucet except the problem one at MATER BATH FAUCET)

I got call and texts from the boss that the plumber attempted to repair WITHOUT the part. They have to order the cartridge and come back to replace the whole thing. On top of that they need to drill through my tile with charge of $830. I am shocked and told them there is drywall behind and questioned why the plumber dont check the drywall in the back?

My complaint is this plumber is not professional at all . My home had a faucet leaking in 2019. AHS sent a plumber to diagnose and told me the same thing that I need a new Cartridge and an access panel from the back. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR WITHOUT THE PART, BECAUSE THE FAUCET MIGHT GET WORSE WITH NON STOP RUNNING WATER.
Yet this plumber attempted to repair without the part and afterward did not explain to tenant that he shut down the main hot water valve and tenant would not have any hot water to use in the whole condo. And the plumber also did not warn the tenant that if tenant turned hot water valve back on to use hot water, the problem faucet would be NONSTOP running water. IMAGINE HOW SHOCK THE TENANT WAS AND VERY INCONVENIENT TILL THEY RETURN.

On top of that, the Plumber did not even check that there is drywall behind and had his boss send me the estimate to drill through the tile !

I dont think they even deserve one star. And would you use this comoany back to replace the faucet? I am filing the complaint to AHS.
Tenant is not happy that he will have water bill increased.
