Pohlman installed a tankless water heater. They came as promised and did the job neatly and professionally for the price quoted. Pohlman's crew (Jake and his assistant Richard) did a great job. They were friendly and efficient, Jake took the time to explain both the installation process and the operation of the water heater. They left the area spotless. We would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

I always believed if there’s nothing good to say, just not say anything at all. But the way this company has “worked with the brand new installation of my AC system” is questionable. I would have preferred to pay a higher price if it meant better service than to have experienced what I did with this company. The multiple attempts to communicate and consistent chasing around to make them work maybe twice a month was insane. Unfortunately, I chose patience and the result was SLACK. We started this in spring, fall is now coming, Please have someone take care of this by the end of the week. Otherwise, I will hire another company to complete your work and send you the bill. THANK YOU

Had a great experience using Pohlman to deal with a low water pressure issue at my house. They were knowledgeable and professional, and very communicative for quotes and scheduling. Highly recommend them!!

10/10 recommend. These guys were Lightning fast! I got a new hot water heater put in. I received my estimate the same day after providing photos of the old water heater. We had our heater installed within a week of paying the down payment! The installers were on time and were out of my house in 2 hours, and now my showers are steaming hot!

Came out to check my water heater, told me it was shot and wanted over $1800 to replace. Called another company who came out, said it was the gas valve ($450) and said my water heater was still in good shape. And it works just fine now. Don’t appreciate being lied to just so they could sell me a new water heater.

5/5 all the way!!!! Why you ask....there are so many things!! Timeliness, professionalism and problem resolution!!! You have no idea how much trouble I had getting a plumber via AHS to resolve my problems. I guess "they" are right when they say.... 3rd times a charm!!

Pohlman Plumbing, Inc. ROCKS!!! Juan and Richard were fabulous! I will request their services if/when I need plumbing issues resolved in the future. I am so thankful I was finally assigned a company that is competent and awesome at their job. I won't name the first two companies, but they need to learn something from this team... this company in general.

Juan and Richard worked hard and made sure the work was done correctly and that the problem was fixed. They listened to me and did not dismiss any of my concerns. And they cared! And I was educated throughout the process. Juan shared a lot of great tidbits!!

I would refer this company over and over if someone asks if I know a plumber!!! Definitely 5/5!!!!

Very happy with Pohlman Plumbing. Had a plumbing emergency with a rental/townhouse and Jacob responded to my message immediately. It was a big job, requiring permits, but they found a temporary fix that allowed the tenants to continue living there and everything was complete in less than a week. Pleased with the price too.

There aren't enough stars for the level of service I received from Pohlman Plumbing and its' team. Melinda was great, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in getting me set up with technicians to come out and service my water heater. Sam and Chad arrived to assess the problem and returned to install my water heater and they were AWESOME. They were kind, customer friendly, efficient, and very, very respectful and knowledgeable. Because of Sam I am also able to get repairs done to my house from the water damage from my water heater at no cost to me. If he hadn't shared pertinent information to assist me, my repair situation could be worse. I am so thankful and grateful to them for their hard and dedicated work. Dispatcher awesome. Fast service. Tech not so great, kept repeating what American homeshield would not pay for. Seemed like he was looking at how not to do the job. Very disappointing. My toilet is still leaking so what was the point?
