Pohlman Plumbing

Pohlman Plumbing is amazing to work with! They have helped me several times, with various problems over the last 2 years, and they are a pleasure from start to finish. Joe and Josh were able to come out the same day my sewer line backed up, and quoted the job with a fair price, to fix the problem.

Scheduling the work, with Joe, was a breeze, and they were able to have the extensive work completed in one day. Josh gave me updates throughout the process, so that I didn’t have to guess how the work was progressing, and all of the staff were professional and respectful, as always.
It’s comforting to know that I can call people that I trust when a plumbing or HVAC problem arises!

Pohlman Plumbing did an excellent job for a fair market value. We obtained 6 quotes to get our sewer line replaced from our house to the cities connection. Quotes ranged from $6200 to an outrageous $15,000. All companies said they were going to do the exact same work, therefore we went with Pohlman. Not just because of their pricing but because their previous reviews were stellar and after talking with Joshua we were thoroughly impressed. The crew that came and did the work were respectful, professional, completed the job within the time they said they would. Upon inspection the job passed with flying colors. Pohlman did an all around outstanding job!!!

Would give them a million stars if I could. I had a sewer leak and had a few plumbers come out including Pohlman. Pohlman plumbing was by far the most honest and fair priced. They made sure everything was explained to me beforehand so there were no surprises. Josh and his crew were wonderful and were able to fix my issue in a day. They were very responsive and receptive to my questions/concerns. Would definitely recommend!

Pohlman Plumbing was quick to respond to my service request. Sam (Technician) is awesome and is 110% customer service-oriented and is a shining example of integrity!

The two men who serviced our water heater were super professional and respectful of our home. They even made sure to clean up our basement and mopped the floor when they were finished. They asked me questions along the way to make sure it was positioned in a way that would work for the space. I will 100% be reaching out to them for any of our future plumbing or water needs.

Great service when we lost our HVAC. We had to replace our coil and instead of a fix went with a new system. After getting a few estimates, Pohl’s beat out the competition by at least 5k for a better system. 10yr warranty and only had to wait 5 days for the system. The install was fast and customer support was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing A/C service!

My furnace started leaking with the onset of the early summer heat and increased AC usage. I contacted Pohlman Plumbing and they were able to schedule a visit quickly. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in short order.

We needed an emergency plumber on a Saturday! 2 hours later, I had Juan at my door! He was super polite right off the bat, and explained everything to me as he went along. Very thorough. He made a very nerve-racking situation so much easier to deal with! I would definitely recommend this company for any of your plumbing issues!

Be careful, I put a 200 dollar deposit on a job to unclog my bathroom sink with a snake. The technician was there for an hour, he failed at the job and they insisted that I owed the whole balance. Which was 400. $400 for a failed 1 hour job is pretty bad. You can find better plumbers out there..... Update I got another plumber to successfully snake the drain clog for $300. This company will charge you for a failed job. Dropping review to one star.

Sam was amazing and helped us get our hot water heater back up and running. He was very knowledgeable and honest. Extremely friendly especially dealing with 2 old finicky women. Lol. We will definitely plan some long over-due work through Pohlman Plumbing, especially if Sam is on the job! Thanks so much 🙂. Tracy and Brooke Smelser.
