    During semi-annual inspection the technician found a severely corroded terminal block and wires. He ordered new parts and replaced them within a week preventing what could have been a catastrophic outage. They are always polite and on time. Great people to conduct business with.

    My husband and I were very pleased with the work performed by electrician Tommy Fleisher on 11.22.19. He removed a broken and outdated kitchen ceiling light in our condo and replaced it with one we had purchased. He also replaced 3 outlet receptacles. He was pleasant, worked efficiently, and hauled away the debris from our condo. He also gave us very good information and advice about other lighting concerns. The Arundel Cooling and Heating price was very reasonable and a good value for the money. Arundel Cooling and Heating also installed a new heat pump for our condo in 2016, and that job was also well done and reasonably priced. We will definitely use the company again.

    So...what can I say. As a first-time owner, my wife and I were a little hesitant about spending thousands upon thousands to replace our aging HVAC system. We had contacted several Carrier dealers in our area, but decided to go with Arundel Cooling & Heating in the end (competitively priced with great reviews/recommendations.)

    The sales person (Brian) was pretty helpful, informative, and not pushy like some of the other dealers we met with. Robb, and the rest of the install team, were extremely professional and courteous. They did an amazing job and were very helpful in explaining the new safety features included with my new HVAC system. The system works great. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and courteous. We couldn't be happier with the service provided.

    I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again and we plan to use them for future service and maintenance work.

    Outstanding Service....I have a minimum service contract (annual PM) on two Heat Pump Units. Called for service today in the aftermath of a snow storm. Although schools closed, govt. closed.... Arundel Heating and Cooling responded in less than 2 hours, did a service and performance check in about 45 min. Techs were outstanding., intelligent, excellent communicators, very professional. Did not try to sell-up any parts, or extras ..... very satisfied customer...

    Customer service was kind and informative when I called in, our Service Technician was knowledgeable and very nice. He checked every possible thing that could be causing my problem and even fielded my most likely very stupid questions professionally. My hvac system is from 1986, I will continue to use Arundel Cooling and Heating for repairs and maintenance until I have to purchase a new unit from them.

    Very honest, saved me $850 on a service a competitor of theirs said I needed to address. The service tech at arundel cooling and heating bypassed the issue and told me that he didn't recommend fixing a switch saving us a lot of $.

    Accounts receivable is inefficient, rude and hostile to their clients. Instead of having a pleasant conversation and dicsussing an invoice which was never sent for the service, she interrupted, condescended and treated us as though we were incompetent.
    I will never contract with this company again, and will make sure I share this experience with other local homeowners. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect.

    On two different occasions have needed to call for service during heat waves with A/C out. Very prompt response. Needed to express parts on one occasion which took 2 days, and in other occasion had me running again within a few hours of call. The technicians know what they are doing and deal wiTG problems,as fast as possible. On service agreement.
