Arundel Cooling & Heating

I use Arundel Cooling and Heat for my oil heat and central air servicing. Their technicians are frank and honest, arrive on time, and don't mind me asking 500 questions as a homeowner.

The pricing is fair. Calling for appointments is painless. They also send reminders to schedule my seasonal maintenance if I choose to have them come out.

Highly recommended. We've had Dave and Louis come out to service our unit over time and both are awesome!

Arundel cooling and heating has been taking care of my 5 year old carrier A/C with two maintenance calls to date. I like Arundel because they are professional and capable. Their techs are solid, friendly, top notch guys. They also credited me on my most recent service when the tech was able to install the part faster than what was quoted.

A great company. Very professional and prompt. Competitive prices for their products. We got a new unit from them when our AC went out last year. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. We got three other estimates. Everyone seemed like they were out for blood.... Arundel came out to do a job!

We've had a service contract with Arundel Heating and Cooling for a long time and finally replaced our ancient furnace and AC with them last May. We appreciated that they spent very little time 'selling' and most of the time making sure we were making informed decisions. Absolutely no pressure to buy, let alone to buy the most expensive units. In fact, they told us we didn't need the most costly one (that we were ready to buy). Their price was competitive, their people show up on time, and they leave their workspace spotless. The best recommendation is that all of the staff we've dealt with - office and technical - seem dedicated to good customer service (usually a sign of a well managed company). We'd recommend them highly.

Dave Stevens did our repair, he was professional and knowledgeable. He had us up and running again in an hour. We have used Arundel heat and air in the past and will continue. Quick to respond and great employees.

Amazing family owned business that genuinely care about your comfort weather it's cold or hot outside. Their service people are kind and timely to appointments and they're install teams are also top notch. Very prompt, very cordial, no need to stand over their shoulders as the clearly know exactly what they're doing. They will also go the extra mile to explain anything you're unsure of

***Update: I had to pull into their lot this morning because my drivers windshield wiper popped off all of a sudden and one of their workers was so kind enough to fixed it for me. And their concern that I was going to make to work and home today safe was so sweet.

Anne Arundel Heating and Cooling are the best.
They are professional and humanly nice. Their pricing is in line and their technicians are skilled.
Unfortunately I made a mistake. I used someone else for heating and air conditioning when I moved into this house. It broke during the first week and it was fixed. Now four days later it's not working again, I'm sitting here in the heat.
My next call will be to Anne Arundel Heating and Cooling. They are simply the best. First rate. They really do care about their clients exceptions. And I may be angry at this time but, when AAHC is finished I will know I have a reliable system.

They have reliably worked diligently to keep your existing HVAC system working and only when necessary will suggest a replacement. Truthful and Honest service.

They have set a bar very high in the industry. I hope they keep striving to reach and surpass their past perfomance over the last several years with us.
