When the temperature was 22 degrees in the morning, two townhomes in my HOA were without heat. This company responded to both homes early on SATURDAY within 2 hours and fixed both homes problems. Outstanding service

Easy to schedule, $99 diagnostic, took technician 20 sec to diagnose burnt capacitor. Surprised to know that I was charged $265 for a $20 capacitor and with discount!! Came to $202. I am a professional that went to school for over 10 years after college and don’t make $302 in 20 min. This is robbery.

Wrong diagnosis with an estimate that was around 50% higher than my other estimate! They did do maintenance on my AC/furnace about a year ago and they did decent job then so they get one extra star but pretty horrible service this time around.

Set appointment no time window given , waited home till 5:30, no show, wife called next day they said he was there no one answered, not true. They said they would come next day no show, called several time before they closed the front desk said they would call when their are on the way. No show bad service, done with company

I purchased a heat pump recommended by Arundel Cooling and Heating along with a thermostat in Summer of 2016, is was supposedly more efficient than my old one but did not appear to be so even though I had cut back on my electricity usage. Last month my electric bill doubled over the highest bill in 30 years. On one of the colder days the heat pump was so loud, I thought it would explode. I checked on the other heatpumps in the neighborhood and heard nothing remotely similar. to the noise. I called Arundel and the service man examined the system . . .

I have been with with them for many years, I,m sure before some of the service technicians were born... lol ... and have never been disappointed with their service. They are a great team

We switched to Arundel HVAC because they are local and they offer 2x year visits to take car of our HVAC system. They also offer 1x yr hot water tank draining. The tech was knowledgeable and patient (with the husband).
